I recently had an extremely disappointing stay at this residence for a short term stay in the summer. From the moment I arrived, the staff provided me with incorrect information and failed to inform me of essential details such as check-in and check-out times. This lack of communication made my stay unnecessarily stressful. Oh, also they spelled my name wrong as well, which also caused extra friction when checking in.nnI had booked a room without a kitchen, but upon arrival, I was charged for a more expensive room with a kitchen. Despite calling multiple times and being assured of a refund, I never received it. This lack of follow-through was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional.nnUpon checkout, I was hit with additional charges that were not explained to me beforehand. It wasn't just the extra fees that were the issue; it was the overall difficulty they created and the rude treatment I received from the staff. They were disrespectful and unhelpful throughout my stay, making the entire experience unpleasant.nnI would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The poor service, incorrect charges, and disrespectful staff made for a terrible experience. Save yourself the trouble and stay somewhere else, even if this place is cheaper.
Hostel A looks very clean. Nice location for athletic students. 1 min walk from MRU Cougar Gym. The cost of laundry is too expensive for students. They charge $4.25 per load of laundry and can be lowered. Lots of students living there would like a lower laundry price. Instead of 4x, I am giving 3x because of the high laundry cost.
I did enjoy my short stay here. Laine the coordinator is the best! You pay what you get. If you are looking for a clean, neat and practical room. This MRU west residence is 1 minute walk to MRU.
Great residence service and campus life. Townhouse are pretty big and upgraded. Will be great to stay in the same unit between semester and have a flat screen tv instead of a big giant old tv box . In general, for campus residence it is one of the best in town
The girl at the front desk in the morning is the most rude, unpolite, unhappy and reluctant to work person I have ever met in my life. Where does MRU find these people? Get her in an office where the only one that needs to deal with her is a computer.
