Good ice cream nice people
Think small town America ice cream & walk up grill. I love places like this. Nice fresh grilled hamburgers. Onion rings were generously proportioned. Just a couple of minutes from the State parks. If you want gourmet, go somewhere else. We need to support these places or they will be going under.
It's nothing like the previously owned business. I watched them now weighing the portion of ice cream being served. Good, but, not worth it.
I am very glad my wife found this little gem in Louisville, a town 20 minutes away from PAPILLION. We tried the dole whip and it was the best in the state. I was very pleased with the service and the ice cream.
They reopened yesterday, ice cream wasn't very good. But it's more about the novelty of a small ice cream shop on main street with walk up window service than anything. Will definitely try again since they seemed to be still working a few things out on opening day. Hoping to come back and give a 5 star review...TBD.
