Incredible donut shop. Drive thru only. Line down the side of the road, they moved cars through faster than any chain drive thru. Great staff and the best donuts and breakfast options around. Will definitely return.
I got to the store approximately 10 minutes before they closed. The staff was super friendly and patient while I tried to figure out what kind of goodies I wanted to purchase. Great customer service and I give their donuts a 10 out of 10
Donuts were great, although we ordered a dozen and after waiting in line like a half hour got home to discover we were only given 11 Donuts. Seems to me they need a better, more modern way to keep track of people's orders. Not to mention the drive thru only option as well.. which seems odd considering how busy they are.. I hope too they are paying their help decently. They are running around like chickens with their heads cut off....
Love this place. Mrs. Murphy's opens at 430 AM which is perfect for my early schedule. Staff is always friendly and the place has a great 'small town' feeling that I miss nowadays. Best donuts I've had. The coffee rolls are perfect. If you're in the area make sure to stop in.
I used to love going into the store and picking the donuts I wanted from the case or getting soup and a sandwich. It's not the same with drive thru only and extremely limited hours half the reason of going to Mrs Murphys is the exceptional donuts but also seeing the large delicious variety. Now we are just handed a box
I will say I really used to love this place.. But a few weeks ago there was a post on Facebook and lots of people were asking when they were going to open it inside again and someone had commented something very rude, I had commented back and said but there's plenty of people in this world that would much rather go inside and order then sit in a very long drive through line and apparently my comment "offended" someone because within minutes I was blocked from their Facebook page. Which is actually really petty of a business to do. At end of the day people are entitled to their own opinion and if somebody would rather walk inside than sit in a 30 minute drive through line there's absolutely nothing wrong with that and that is MY OWN opinio that I am ALLOWED to have.
The best we've found. We always stop when we are in the area. While the deliciousness of the donuts is a given, we also appreciate the really friendly staff. Tip them - they deserve it.
Awesomely fresh donuts worth driving from CT to Southwick for. The shop is homey and has a lunch menu too. The help is, well, helpful and super friendly. Business was brisk the Saturday we were there. Parking lot was packed.
Delicious donuts, great flavor, wide selection. You can't eat just one.
