I am very happy with the results that Willis was able to remove the AR coating on my watch. It wasn't easy and it took him 3 attempts. The last attempt, he has to dissemble the watch to polish. He didn't even want to charge me on his 3rd attempt but I insist pay him as he has spent over 30 mins. The finally result is amazing. I saved hundreds for not needing to replace the sapphire crystal. Thank you, Willis.
Had three batteries replaced and Willis polished one of them. Wow, the watch looks like it did the day I bought it. Another watch needs polishing too but I wanted to see how the first turned out. Second one is going to get done too! Fast service and reasonable prices. Highly recommend.
My watch is an old omega quartz that someone gave it to me and didn’t know that it have been dried out a battery for several years, It was my first watch actually and it’s my first time to reach out to his shop as well and I didn’t disappoint, he put my watch to a test for it’s accuracy and functionality of it’s mechanism for free and replace the battery nicely. He gave me all the information that I need to know how to take care of my watch too! He’s very professional and very informative about of his work. Now I’m on my happy face with it! Definitely one of the best gem watchmaker in the city!
I came here to have a strap size adjusted and replace a few batteries. I also had a issue with one of my watches timing was slow. They were able to fix the problem very quickly. I would recommend them to anyone requiring watch services.

I fixed my watches here today and the technician took his name to explained to me about my Seiko movement. He had ordered the bezel for me and advised me that if it won't fit; he will not charge me. It is a challenge to find a local store that cares about their customers and I highly recommend this store to anyone who loves watches. While I was there I saw an gentleman dropped off a Richard Mille and Hublot for service. Thank you to the technician who serviced my watch and will see you soon when the bezel arrive.
