They make one of the most finest sub sandwiches, can't really complain about what selection is the best, tastiest, and aromatic. Chicken and turkey are two of the best in my books. Other then that.. the choices are decision after decision, wouldn't become disappointed. Perfect for Lunchtime any day of the week
Fast service. They made my order like professionals. The bun was old and not fresh which kinda ruined the entire sub. I got the bun that was clearly one of the last leftover buns from probably the night before or whenever. It's easy to detect when you get an old bun because it has the taste and texture of bread that's been sitting in a bag for hours. It looses it crispness and freshness when in a closed tied up baggie for a few hours. I wish they didn't leave their buns in bags for long periods of time. It makes the bun lose its freshness taste and texture. A bun that is not fresh from a SANDWHICH shop ruins the entire meal and purpose of choosing a sandwich for your meal option. Unfortunate to have been given an old and unfresh bun. I was craving a fresh bun sandwich and unfortunately did not get that. 2/5 for the food score aoleybdo to the older bun. The rest of the ingredients were great. Unfresh bun ruined the sub. 5/5 service. I've been going to this location for years and never had issues until today. I ordered a seafood sub on ubereats at lunchtime cause I'm sick and isolating. Requested a bunch of toppings lettuce, tomato, green pepper, hot peppers, onion, cucumber and what i got was a super messy, half unwrapped sub with nothing but onions and lettuce on it. The sub was wrapped in paper so poorly it was completely falling apart and I had to remove a ton on onions from it. So gross. Not happy since I'm too sick to make my own food right now, amd unemployed so this was a splurge for me atm.. and this hot mess is what I got from this location. Not cool.
They were fast, tasted alright, but I prefer subway. They didn't toast my sub, not sure if they have a toaster
I asked to use the restroom and I was denied. The excuse was the restroom was closed which it was not. Thanks Mr. Sub I would no longer be patronizing this establishment.
I will never set foot in a Mr. Sub ever again. This location is to blame. I contacted Mr. Sub using their contact us over two weeks ago to try and remedy the situation which unfortunately they never did.
I decided to order a sub today and although the customer service was fine, the food was horrible. I couldn't''t finish it and threw it out. The sub was cold and wasn't grilled properly, and did not taste good. I also asked for hot water, which wasn't served properly as within seconds of holding it, water split over and burned my hand.
Need to hire more staff they even don’t know how to talk with skip drivers . If you wanna say something it should be in Polite way . How she can create a drama if you are busy , we are not free .
I'd choose Mr. Sub over Subway any day. Shame there aren't more locations throughout Toronto, but at least I'll have this one near my school for a while. After that though, don't know when I'm gonna get my Mr. Sub fix, honestly. The staff at this location are patient and the first two days of the weke have my favourite subs of the day.
Main entrance doors always stay open by about a foot, even in the freezing winter and they refuse to fix it. They also sometimes mix bread from the day before, probably those that didn't sell. Therefore I agree with Lisa because sometimes you get fresh bread while other times you don't. And yes, their sub sauce isn't as good as it used to be we should taste more vinegar not oil.
