Bad customer service at Mr Sub at 222 Mapleview dr w in Barrie. Not friendly. Dropped my 16 yr old at hockey practice, went and ordered 2, 12” subs approx $28. Assorted for me, meatball for my son. Instructed gentleman to make my son’s meatball sub 20 minutes after mine, to insure freshness when I picked him up after hockey practice. Instructed server plain meatball on white, no cheese, just bun and meat. This is what I always get my son as he does not like toppings/condiments. Picked up sub, drove to pick my son up 15 minutes away and there was cheese melted on the meatball sub. Took the sub back, gentleman was not friendly, no apology given, he tried telling me he asked about the cheese. He even took the old sub and threw in garbage. I’m sorry, but this is terrible Customer Service. How about “I’m sorry sir, keep that sub and I will make you another” as opposed to taking the old sub, not responding, no apology, in fact he appeared quite perturbed and tried to tell me I did not instruct him No Cheese. I’m sorry, but the customer is always right! I guess this location does not believe in good customer service! Will never go back.
