I just came from Mr. sub I ordered a $6.69 sub, 6 inch corn beef, when I opened it it was the worst preparation of a made sub I’ve ever seen, I really didn’t want to go to Mr. Sub because they’re very known for this kind of thing but… I tried to give it another chance once again I was let down, I would never ever return to Mr. Sub. I’m putting it out there that I hope when people order from them that they think again.!!!!!!!
I hadn't been at Mr Sub in years. Recently moved to Aurora tried Mr Sub last night. Great customer service from Craig and his staff. I was impressed with the quality of the products, very fresh! Will be back for sure!!

Absolutely exceptional experience! The food was great and divine. The staff were incredibly helpful and were very friendly. Being in the lockdown, many people don't tend to go out for food these days, instead they order from home nothing wrong with that. But let me tell you, this place was refreshing! The quality of the vegetable and ingredients made every single bite heavenly! I've always had Mr.Sub growing up as a kid. My father used to bring it for my brother and I when I was 5. After the main location near my house closed in Richmond Hill. Mr. Sub never tasted the same, no matter how many locations I went to. After 25+ years, this has to be the best Mr. Sub I've ever had. I always come back for more!! I raved about it so much to my family that the next day I came to pickup 6 12" Subs true story. I wanted to thank the staff for making me reminisce of the times I used to have and for providing such a high quality product made with love and care. I wish the best for everyone at the Mr. Sub Aurora location! Thank you :
Best Mr. Sub I’ve been to. The guy working there was very kind, professional, meticulous and skilled. He made sure my meatless meatballs were properly warmed and put the right amount of sauce in without it overflowing or it being messy, good amount of toppings and sliced my tomatoes in half so they fit well and grilled my sub to perfection. He also was nice and gave me the two hot sauces they have on the side because I was unsure which one to order. Job well done! Great sandwich and service.

My husband stopped to get subs for our dinner tonight. I ordered an assorted with extra mushrooms and by the time I opened it the paper it was wrapped in was SOAKED. There were mushrooms all over paper and I lost a bunch of toppings when the paper ripped and half of my sub fell apart. The person who made my sub didn't drain the mushrooms before dumping them all over my sub and the paper wrapping. We used to love this location when the last owners ran it. They made sure everyone who worked there were properly trained. The current owner needs to do the same. We paid for foot long subs and I could only eat half of mine.
