Unprofessional staff. Never got this kind of disrespect ever before. Went there to pick up uber order didn’t say a word and the young girl over there started yelling for no reason. As order was picked up by someone else. As, us Uber driver play a big role in increasing sales and helping restaurants. Even if its the owner they should respect drivers as we are connecting source to customers. Pandemic was great example. All the restaurants survived because of delivery drivers. I hope a action will be taken toward this.
The staff at this location are so sweet and kind. A lady by the name of Mackenzie made a real impression on me so much so that I changed from my regular location by my house just to drive 20 minutes to get subs from this store. This last time I came I was served by a very sweet girl named Ashley. These ladies including Brianne sure do know how to make a delicious sub so much so I have been coming weekly to this store since finding out about it. Way to go ladies and Thank you Mackenzie for making a lasting impression
I drive out of my way specifically for this location, extremely friendly and amazing staff Lynn and Nicki and the girl with different hairstyles forgot her name lol always a delight! Toppings are the freshest from all of the locations in peel. I’m a regular :
I wish i could give zero. Staff doesn’t know how to behave with customer. We went there to place an order tried to use the restroom but forgot to knock it, tried to open it. It was locked, when one of the staff member went out from the rest room she was yelling on us I apologized but she kept saying the same things. It was so annoying, first learn to respect others and behave properly. We came out of the store without getting anything. Will never go there.
For the highest expectation you can have for a sub shop they met it. Very courteous, easy to order, ingredients all clean and fresh.Food: 5/5
Ordered Sub through their app for pick up. Soggy bread, lettuce all over the wrapping paper, asked to grill but wasn’t grilled. They are always in a hurry to close i don’t know why. Upon eating realized it is not made as per order. Missing onions and Caesar sauce. They don’t even bother to inform if something is missing or out of stock.Recommended dishesCanadian Club
Blonde girl was so disrespectful, their was still 20 minutes left until close, had her shoes on top of the counter next to the meat. Was super rude started rolling her eyes at me for ordering. Ended up walking out half way through because of the attitude. Need better staff!
Would give 6 stars for the service I received at this store, on Thursday, September 15, 2022. I went to this Mr. Sub and asked for a meat less meat ball 12" sub. After the Sandwich artist had the meatballs in the microwave for 1 minute and the entire sub grilled for 45 seconds, after taking a couple of bites of the sub, the meatballs were still cold. So, the attendant Breanne, made another meatless, meat ball sub at n/c and I was so impressed with her decisiveness and customer service, I gave her a tip of $1, and gave her partner $1 tip, for their amazing customer service. A few minutes later, I asked for another drink, strawberry kiwi to be more precise, and instead of charging me for that second drink, Breanne said it was on the house. The way she conducted herself, was extremely professional and her decisiveness really impressed me. In this day and age of excuses from service industry professionals, since this fake pandemic began over two and half years ago, it was very refreshing to say the least, to see a young woman like her, exemplify such great customer service! Wish more people would be like her and as a result of her service, I will be back again at that Mr. Sub, and hopefully, I will meet up with her again when I buy another sub from this store. Keep up the great work Breanne! You are a needle in haystack in this day and age of non chalant customer service! As a person who has worked in the service industry for many years, it is great to see this kind rare service being displayed by a young person like her! Wonderful!
They make the best subs here. Team is very respectful and hold it together when it gets busy!Food: 5/5
Sorry for one star actually we are the regular customer for Mr. Greek and a we never had any complained but we came in the restaurant at 9 PM and the closing time is 10 PM we order the food we wanted to sit down and they told us the restaurant is closing an hour before and the food is not the way it supposed to be did didn’t put any sauce they didn’t care I didn’t expect this sorry but I’m really disappointed
