I love Mr Sub. Where I’m from, there is only sub way. I will detour on my adventure to make sure I stop and get it. The staff aren’t usually friendly but I get they probably encounter a lot of rude people. Quality and taste is always good. All sub way sandwhichs tastes the same, whereas here you get different flavours for your palette.
We received coupons in the mail. We haven't been there in years and decided to give it a go! The coupons just came out that day, and the employees had to call the owners/managers to find out how to imput the coupons into the register. They were very apologetic for the time it took literally a minute or two, not long at all! and thanked us repeatedly for our patience. The food was great, and the service was awesome! We'll be returning for sure. While we were there, 3 or 4 cars went through the drive-thru, and a couple of customers were dining in. As we were leaving, more customers were headed in the store. While they were quite busy for only having 2 employees on, they kept the flow running smoothly! Kid-friendliness: My youngest was dancing around while we ordered, and the staff were not bothered at all by it. He's quite active and not great at staying still, lol. While it's not someplace I'd have him dine in at, we'll definitely keep grabbing takeout for him.
I asked for a recommendation as Cherryl the manager suggested the pull pork. I asked her to prep it exactly how she would eat it. It was absolutely fantastic. When I finished eating in the restaurant both Cherryl and her colleague asked how my experience was. To me this is excellent customer service.
I wish there was one in Windsor. Great taste. Great prices. The bread is amazing. Hands down better than subway

Ordered an assorted sub and pizza sub the assorted had No meat only tomato lettuce olives and mustard Parking: Went through drive thru didn’t park and it wasn’t busy
Always good fresh subs, wish there was more deals so I could go more often, but I always look to see. Great drive thru service, very nice bro at the window, can't ask for more!
Mr. Sub still has the best cold cut sub. Going through drive thru, the staff were courteous and quick to fill orders as it was during lunch hour on a Friday. Also, my order was filled accurately.
Ran out of white bread and not only promised that my next sub was free but also offered a bottle of Pepsi for the inconvenience. Love the subs here
I love the double Montreal smoked meat sandwich. A little honey mustard and it is one of the best things you can eat outside of Montreal.
