What a great addition to the Filipino food scene in Langley! They serve up freshly made soft & squishy Filipino style steamed buns siopao and it was yummy. I was pleasantly surprised to see the wide variety of flavours, both sweet and savoury. I really enjoyed the asado, bbq pork pocket and ube. They also have cassava cake if you’re looking to add another sweet treat to your order! Definitely worth the try and it’s so nice to have a place to get siopao in the Fraser Valley! The best siopao!! The fluffiest siopao dough and the pork asado filling is so so good! We discovered it just looking for siopao on the way back to the U.S. and we are so glad we found it. Worth the trip to go to Canada from Seattle just for these. Call to pre-order. We’ll definitely be back to try the ube siopao next time! The owners are super nice too!
One of the best I’ve ever had! The owners are super sweet, kind and you can tell they put allot of pride and effort to their siopao. The sauce was phenomenal and all my coworkers loved the food! I gave them the address so expect more customers from CN! I will Definitely come back every time I visit Vancouver. Thank you so much for still seeing me even though you were closed for the festival. I Truly appreciate it!
Ordered 80 for a big event at my university. Everyone raved about the steam buns! The service and food was exceptional! Wouldn't hesitate to order again for future events and I'm sharing their info with all my colleagues. Thank you!
Just FYI: The sweet desert buns have to be ordered in advance. You can’t order them same day. There is no store front, just an industrialized kitchen. You can call and order ahead same day for the savory buns. We drove up from seattle and we’re so sad we couldn’t try the ube buns.
Yummy! Mr. Siopao de Langley’s buns are soft and with generous fillings. The owners are very pleasant and accommodating people too. It is indeed a real treat to buy their products.
We drove 45 minutes to try their Siopao. And it did’nt dissappoint us. The best siopao I have tried since I came in Canada. The bun is so soft and filling is good portion too. I will definitely come back and recommend this... Shey
This place is excellent! The buns are fresh and delicious and I’m looking forward to trying the ones I haven’t tried yet! Also, the owner is great and accommodating! The *only* thing I’d say is when you pick up a dozen or half a dozen buns, I think a bit more sauce makes sense. Usually only make it through 3-4 buns with a small sauce, so maybe a larger one or 2 would make sense to put in orders of half a dozen buns or more? In any case, love this place and will be back many times!
*Hubby approved* My husband said their siopao is the best he has tasted by far and he doesn't usually like pork buns. Every bite is delicious!!! The proportion of the dough and the filling is perfect. We ordered 1 box 1 dozen and the whole thing is almost gone in less than 24 hrs. We will be coming back for more, that's for sure!
I don't know how they make their buns sooo soft and scrumptious but it's like biting into a piece of cloud. Literally some of the best buns I've ever had throughout Vancouver and Surrey. The owners are just the sweetest, so hardworking and soo worth supporting. My hubby normally doesn't like pork buns but from here he would demolish them. You can really taste the love and care that goes into creating these little masterpieces of buns. Highly, highly recommend!
