Sam and his crew - led by Heath - came out and refinished the floors in the house my wife and I recently purchased. We wanted to get this done prior to moving everything in. Sam was communicative and came out to give a detailed estimate - including sandless refinishing our bottom floor and full sanding on the upper levels due to the extent of wear. Heath knows his stuff, his team did an awesome job, and even completed the work in the original timeline despite the spring snowstorm. Great experience, great results, can't wait to move in.
We had Sam and his crew refinish our second level hardwood floors plus stairs 3.5 years ago and have been so happy with the results! They were quick and efficient in their work, plus because their product is water based we could be at home while they worked! My mom had her hardwoods refinished last year using oil based products and the house stank for at least a week, plus the process was much longer - luckily for her she had moved out of that house already!. We had a different contractor damage part of the floor a while back, and when I called Sam about repairing it his team was quick to come out and help us get it looking like new again!
Since I can’t add pictures to this review I will have to describe what my fiancé and I discovered after Mr. Sandless Baltimore came to our home. There is a picture frame at the top and bottom of each of our 6 rooms about a foot and a half of lighter flooring, sander marks in the corners of rooms, drips of who knows what in the hall and family room, no stain beneath the baseboard heaters which leaves the older, much lighter, color very visible, being told that we were getting less sealer coats than we paid for and also several spots missing the top coat! After our initial discontent, Sam and his crew came back to repair what they could without resanding which would subsequently take 10-15 years of life from our floors so I declined and made the spots worse while only actually improving on adding a new, complete, top coat. After the second visit we found more issues and when we tried to contact Sam and the business by Text, phone calls AND email, we had zero response from Sam for over 3 weeks. I had to get corporate involved to get a resolution. I finally got a refund and can wash my hands of Mr. Sandless Baltimore forever!
These guys don't have boundaries went past the signs of no salesman or coupons or soliciting. I would not use these guys because they obviously don't care about anyone! they go to house the house and it's all a numbers game to them! how can you do it the cheapest is their motto because that's what they can offer, cheap results!
Great Service! - from initial estimates to the finishing touches that day, constant communication, arrival and scheduling on time and as promised. I was very happy with the results of this process. We had a very worn floor, with some areas that had a lot of original finish coming off. Floors were scratched, scuffed, and dull. After the treatment and top coats, the floors looked amazing and many of the blemishes and worn areas were not recognizable. We obtained this service for a house we were selling and instead of paying $3000 or more for a complete sanding and re-finishing, this process did the trick. Note - if you want BRAND NEW looking floors from a floor with lots of scratches, this will not correct that, but will make the top coat look amazing and the scratches are colored/stained in, so they are not as apparent. It has it's limitations of application but for the price savings, it is well worth it and a great value.
Absolutely wonderful! Sam and his team are professional and extremely knowledgable about the process and products they use. We had them sand, stain and finish original 1938 red oak floors in a matter of 3 days! They turned out beautifully! We couldn't be happier! Fantastic company!
Very impressed with the Mr. Sandless technicians. Heath was amazing. His commitment to excellence was impressive. He was totally professional and really cared about the entire process. We love our new floor. Go Mr. Sandless!
