Samuel Belay was great --- he solved our problem quickly and stress free! I had a home depot recommended plumber come in, and he made a right mess of our plumbing and overcharged. I called Samuel the next day, and he came in and totally fixed the problem and the mess that the previous plumber made. Highly recommend Mr. Rooter, and especially Samuel!!

It's distressing when a sewer drain gets clogged.  We called Mr. Rooter and Vlad came within the time frame stated, checked everything out, took the time to explain in detail what would need to happen to fix it, as well as the cost and explained the time frame. He suspected a tree root did some damage to the drain pipe. He arranged for everything that needed to happen to get the work done, too, and answered all of our questions.  The next day, Billy and Dawson arrived to do the work. And it was hard work:  given the lawn and the position of the gas pipes, excavation and to be by hand..  They dug down with a minimum of mess.  Seeing a part of the yard dug down 2.5 metres and at one point start to fill up with goodness knows what, is...also a bit distressing. Billy and Dawson handled it all with grace, answered my questions,  explained what was happening, what they were finding and that helped to ease my concerns.  Once the pipes were installed, additional camera work was done and they discovered a blockage of roots and gunk on the city's part of the drain pipes. Billy and Vlad provided direction on what to do to get the city to do its part.  Vlad, Billy and Dawson were helpful, professional and courteous.  Not only did they fix the problem, they helped to make an messy yucky situation feel manageable.  I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.Service:&nbsp;Sewer repair
