You were available when i needed someone to replace my exploded hot water tank and worked with my schedule to make it come together during a very crazy time. You also helped me get the best possible pricing...which, in the end, came in much lower than anyone else i approached and you didn't take advantage of our situation. You did a very thorough job and left the area cleaner than it was left. Even went above and beyond to do a thorough and proper job without tagging on extra costs for replacing additional parts. Very much appreciated! And took a BIG load off.

We had a new septic system and field put in on our small farm late last fall (2016). We had a few issues over the winter with the system getting up and running properly, and with each alarm, Mr. Rooter responded quickly and with courtesy. We think, now, in mid spring that we have things all running well and the field has proper drainage. Wes, from Mr. Rooter Lethbridge has been here for the better part of this week, and has gone far above and beyond what we had expected with the careful and thorough work he's done. Our field looks great! He has been a pleasure to have on the property, and we would hire him again without hesitation, to do work on site. Brian and Cheryl Anderson
