Had a very good experience today Nov 18, 2019 with a Mr Rooter staff, CHAD. He showed up, was very friendly, respectful and courteous throughout out the time. He was very knowledgeable in his area. Took the time to explain everything in detail before proceeding with the work. Upon completion , cleaned up area. Overall, very good customer service. Would definitely call Mr Rooter again !

Our bathtub wouldn't drain.  Called Mr Rooter Saturday night and made an appointment. Chad came out 9:30 am the next morning.  Chad was friendly, personable and honest. He gave me several options to choose from. Other than the price, great experience with Chad!  Thanks Chad!
