Contacted Mr. Roof Repair for an assessment and was answered promptly over the phone, and then all future communications over email were professional, detailed, and timely. The repair/assessment team arrived on the scheduled date/time, and quickly reviewed and assessed my roof. As promised, I received an exceptionally detailed report with images of the roof issues and explanations for potential repairs. Quotes for work also accompanied the assessment. The report, alone, separates Mr Roof Repair from most roofing firms I've dealt with and probably all renovation companies.
I just needed minor repairs on my roof but didn’t have a good contact in the industry so asked one of my neighbors who recently had his roof worked on and he recommended Mr Roof Repair. I had good interaction with them both on the phone and email. The repair person arrived on the day and time window promised and resolved my issue during the visit my issue was very minor. The billing of the work completed was as discussed no surprises. I would use them again.
We have a leak in our roof as a result of damage to the furnace stack. When we had the initial leak, we had the roof repair company who have installed the roof look at it last September. The company had completed inspection a couple of months before for which we were charged, so there should have been no issues. The company told us the leak was the result of corking and fixed it. This occurred after we has just finished renovating our home and it was very disappointing to have this fixed from the interior as well as the exterior. Additional expenses no one needs. After doing this, the same leak occurred last month and now we have to go though repairs on the outside and inside all over again. The company now told me it was actually the furnace stack creating the problem. Not sure why it was not identified the last times they were on our roof. Having lost faith in this company, we contacted Mr Roof Repair and have found them to be very professional and detailed so far. The inspection and consultation have given us a lot of information on what requires to get done. Through out, our interaction with Mr Roof Repair has been very professional and we feel very confident that this time around the roof will get the professional work it requires.
Very professional service. We were experiencing leaking and called a few roofing contractors. Mr Roof Repair was the most responsive and explained clearly their inspection, assessment and repair/replacement process. Detailed inspection report not only set out clearly why the flat portion of the roof and turret shingles needed replacement, but also described all of the other roof elements that were in good condition and didn't require repair. When our job was delayed due to the demands of the 2018 wind storm, they came out to do a temporary repair to prevent further leaking, and the office kept us well-informed about scheduling. The entire process, from first inspection to job completion, was well-done, well-documented and clearly communicated.
Mr. Roof Repair was one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. I loved that they were very courteous and communicated very clearly about my service. The staff were very professional, both in the office and the inspection and repair crews. I especially like the detailed report with pictures that they provided before and after the repairs.
The workers were professional, courteous, and easy to deal with. The solution installing metal over a bay window was done as described. The price was on the high side, but fair. Before doing this repair, they suggested a repair that didn't seem completely appropriate for this situation. When I followed up later with questions, the original estimator had left the company and a new estimator proposed a different fix. I wasn't a fan of the fact that they charge for estimation and report and would recommend carefully evaluating their suggestions and comparing quotes with a big roofing company.
I contacted Mr. Roof Repair on a Sunday regarding heavy snow on our flat roof. My query was responded to promptly advising that I would be contacted on Monday. As promised, I received a telephone call early Monday morning. I outlined the problem and was advised that we had an ice dam, which should be looked after. After advising that the would send someone on Tuesday, they advised that they had assembled an extra crew for Monday and someone would come same day. The man I spoke to clearly described what would happen and advised he would send relevant forms...which arrived promptly thereafter. As promised, two men arrived early that afternoon and cleared and de-iced the roof and advised that a roofing consultant would come on Tuesday afternoon to inspect our roof. The consultant arrived, inspected the roof and advised his findings and promised we would receive a written report and quote outlining the proposed repair. A few days later, the report and quote arrived. I was impressed with both the promptness, courtesy and professionalism exhibited by everyone I dealt with and have no doubt that this would continue in any further dealings with Mr. Roof Repair.
