We mostly order Puff at this location, even during the pandemic it quality was one of the best. But let's say from a couple of months ago, the service and the quality is a disaster. The staffs are always talking, seems like their conversation is more important. Sometimes the puffs are hard like rocks and sometimes they are undercooked, liquid inside and lightly fried outside. Sometimes they put so much chocolate and the other just enough so we have to "lick" the box. Recommend to open the box and take a look before leaving the store.
Ive had puffs several times and I can say they always been pleasant to eat as a side snack or dessert. They are crispy on the outside and soft and chewy on the inside. They have plently of toppings, my favorites are choco-loco and bueno. Assuming you get freshly made ones, you wont be disappointed. It can be disappointing if you come late at night and you get a batch thats been sitting outside for a while, despite that I would still go back for sure.
Tried the place 2 days ago and only ordered chocolate and caramel puffs. They were delicious!! Super light and mouthwatering and guilt-free The service was good and fast we were there after 6 pm and there weren't a lot of customers. All in all it was a great experience and we can't wait to try the other items they offer.
Terrible service. 3 people working super slowly and all looking completely miserable being there. They had many orders come in. Took them a good 10 minutes before registering that they had to prepare the simplest desert ever. Orders were going out in random orders. 0 on customer service. Not asking you to smile and be all bubbly, just dont make us feel like we are burdening you with our order.
Worst service, never waited 25 minutes for one box of puffs. Used to be a good location, now one of the worst. The puffs are hard as a rock. Extremely disappointing, waste of time. Guys I’m the back working so slow. I’ve never seen such an unorganized place.
We waited for almost 20 min before getting our order. Ones at home, we discovered the most awful puffs that we ever experienced: solid like a rock and with the minimum of flavour. No, not anymore Mr puffs at that address
Very yummy! We got the chocolate covered and the raspberry. I would especially recommend the chocolate hazelnut. Very fresh and delicious. The staff was super friendly and very accommodating to families. The store is a bit small so there isn't too much place to sit. The music was a little too loud, but otherwise everything else was great. Definitely recommend!
It's my first time to have this and my first bite...OMG, i lost words to describe it but all i could say, it's 5star in all aspect. I loved it so much.5
Puffs here are fresh and very crunchy and satisfying. Came to this spot many rimes and the staff here is always pleasant and efficient. The puffers, even 2 hours later are still crunchy if toppings put aside. They have no problem following specific instructions like leaving the sauce for puffer or hot chocolate toppings on the side if you want to drink/eat later
Good ones, but the cashier she was not friendly. Will not come to this branch
