It's my first time to eat at Mr. Puffs and my first bite...OMG ! They have totally delicious and mouth watering puffs... I have lost words to describe it but all I could say, it's 5star in all aspect. I loved it so much.5 The staff is very nice and welcoming. Cheers to the clean location, great food and polite service Will recommend it to everyone who has a sweet tooth
The puffs are excellent but the store lost a star because we ordered online and it told us an hour which is fine, did some shopping and went to pick it up on time and it wasn't ready. Our order was buried under a pile of orders from those coming into the location. The cashier remedied it in 2mins. Why say an hr if it only takes 2mins to put it together? Why say an hour and not be ready, wasnt impressed
These little desserts are delicious, they are deep fried and can be topped with several different options. The more you buy the better the price. They taste best when fresh and eaten within a few hours. The staff was friendly and helpful.
I’ve heard a lot of nice things about Mr. Puffs, so I was excited to find out there’s a new spot in Hamilton. I love how clean and welcoming this location is, I only tried the “wow butter & chocolate + sugar cinnamon” which I’ll really enjoyed, service was fast and I’m looking to try more flavours!
Yummy puffs, coffee and ice cream. Great location and nice staff
My daughter and I enjoyed these little pieces of heaven. This was our first time experiencing these little puffs of dough. We had heard about this place from my son. These round pieces of dough are crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. They are very tasty and the toppings add that little piece of heaven, but it was hard deciding which flavors to get so we stuck with chocolate and the chocolate did not disappoint. You need to try these little pieces of heaven!
The puffs were super fresh and drenched in their glaze! We got the Bueno and biscotti chocolate glaze with some ice cream. Also got a syringe since when we visited the sauga location they were pretty scarce with sauce. Would definitely recommend!
First time visiting and it was delicious! We got the choco-bueno, Cinnapuffs, Oreo milkshake, and Ice Mocha Latte and loved it all. Great customer service, not too sweet and not oily. Would highly recommend.

These puffs are addictive. So many flavors to choose from. Tried the Hamilton location and loved it. Their drinks are also amazing. The owner and staff are very friendly.
