Company Overview

Mr. Puffs Pastry Inc. is a Montreal based company, founded in 2004 by its founder/owner Billy Siounis, serving Hot and Fresh Puffs (loukoumades), traditional Greek donut holes. It’s the first of its kind here in North America.

He started on a cart, moved to food truck which still runs and found at many of the Montreal festivals and events, and then opened its door at the Laval location in 2011.

On January 2017, Saint Leonard location was the first franchised location to branch out of Laval and start the expansion of this great product. We currently have 5 operating stores and 3 more on the way soon.

Our Puffs are egg free, dairy free, peanut free and have no preservatives or additives. Cooked in 100% Canola oil and glazed on order in front of you with pure honey, maple syrup, chocolate Hazelnut.
