Love this place! I’ve had a dozen of their pretzels and they are always lovely! I would definitely recommend this place for those craving for some hot and delicious doughy treats! My personal favorites are Nutella and Napolitano Take some Nutella on the side and dip your pretzel to enjoy it fully! Napolitano, on the other hand, is a kick of savoury goodness with cheese and herb powder. Love this. Parking: The spot is in the Bayshore shopping mall. The mall has plenty of parking available.
This place really knows what they're doing in the hiring process because the staff is always the nicest people ever. Very chill, not fakey-nice, just genuine nice people, it's always a pleasure to be here. I've tried several of their pretzels and I have to say, just the basic salt pretzel is my favorite. The staff were all tired but did their best assisting their customers. Give them a raise or maybe recognize these kids! They are very hardworking kids, I’d be a proud mother if they were mine.Recommended dishes
as soon as I walked in the service was impeccable, manners were respectable, and everybody was so kind and looked very happy. I was very pleased with how the food was usually pretzels are very soggy and dry, but they had extra butter, and was perfectly soft and excellently cooked.
The two ladies working this evening were so fantastic they went above and beyond to make sure my daughter was very happy with her snack! They were so kind and understanding
Went here with my kids and they loved it. The pretzels smelled amazing. The choices of flavours was great - one had cinnamon and caramel, the other had plain salted. It was a nice snack after shopping.
Honestly very disappointed. These were the smallest pretzels I have ever had from Mr. Pretzels. Went there on Oct 18 at 16:32. Highly disappointed. Not filling at all.

I visited this Bayshore location last week and it was extremely busy. Although the workers were working as quickly as they could, the process and system they use is not very efficient. They rely on paper receipts and shouting orders to each other which is not the best way to do things when it get very busy. The long line of customers waiting in the hot and humid store front seems pretty frustrated and the employees seemed frazzled and rushed. The pretzels I got one salted and one cinnamon and sugar to share with my boyfriend were absolutely delicious especially when they were fresh and warm, although they were thinner than I have had before. They were priced at about $3 each which is reasonable.
They don not put cover for their oily hair
