Whenever family comes to town, a trip to Mr Pretzels is a religion. Doughy, fluffy, light and oh so yummy, these are to die for. An awesome and affordable snack when being dragged round the mall. Totally dig the fall edition Pumpkin Spice bagel which is dope, super yummy I love it.
Pretzels here are really tasty! Prices are accessible and the people working here is very gentle and kind. There are a considerable amount of pretzels varieties, but to be honest my favourite here are the small bites served in a cup ! They are delicious!
Perhaps they would be nice pretzels if they had better package, bought 6 Nutella pretzels and when was the time to eat them all the Nutella stayed on the paper bag instead of pretzels, if they had beyter package like box instead of paper bag that doe not touch the top perhaps it would look and taste like Nutella pretzels, a little taught into packaging goes a long way.
Service was good, prices were ok, pretzels were alright but could've been better. I wish they had more varieties. I have a thing for soft pretzels, I travelled all the way from Surrey just for a coupe pretzels. It was the closest location. I wish they'd open one in surrey. I was disappointed by the dip. I was expecting fresh made in store dips like some pretzel stores do. Instead they give you a sealed plastic dip like they have at pizza places. There was another pretzel place in the mall as well but it looked disappointing. My plan was to try each place but I just skipped the other one as they didn't look tasty at all. I wish they'd add more multi flavors like a pretzel covered in cheese with jalepenos and garlic. Or a pizza pretzel with pepperoni and mozza. Instead of single flavors like garlic OR parmesan OR salt OR sesame seed. It's too simple, needs layers.
Best pretzels ever. Fresh out of the oven, soft, mmmm that mouth watering aroma, just delicious, I love salt and butter ones, but some of my friends like Nutella and Vanilla ones. Oh, they are really great comparing to other places.
Delicious! I'm from Abbotsford and needed to come to Burnaby with my love for work today, we decided to make a day of it and go to the mall. The only thing on my list of must haves was one warm salted pretzel from here. I had never been and I have been DYING to have a soft pretzel for so so long lol. It was perfect and the customer service was spot on and very friendly/polite! Thank you for the best pretzel ever!
It's quite irritating when businesses opening hours are not up to date. I drove an hour through rush hour traffic because my girlfriend craved pretzels. To my surprise the store was closed more than an hour before the official time. So my girlfriend and I were very disappointed
Nice fresh pretzels made in front of you. Shop smells amazing. You gotta eat it right after you buy it.
I would like to give 0 star if I could. I requested for a fresh pretzel but the server grabbed the one from the warmer, saying "I can refund your money. Do you want it? It's fresh, just came out of the oven." I said OK and took the pretzel. It tasted like cold fries. The topping was so salty it made my lips hurt. The taste and the customer service has gone way down. This was the second time I had a bad experience and I will not return.
Supposed to be 4 stars. However, the quality went downhill after couple years. Service still good.Food: 3/5
