The first thing they ask you for is your credit card information and that should have been a first clue. They tried 3 times to repair my shower leak and after the third time they said they needed to order some parts then never showed up again. 3 months after No answer to my email or calls. They left a mess and holes in the wall and ceiling. Thanks to YouTube videos I learned how to and was able to replace the broken shower and repair the ceiling and walls. Never again and advice to others, stay away.
Quoted a price of $1000+ to cut out drywall, replace piping, etc. for a simple leaky pipe and had the guy debate on the phone with me about whether or not my piping was cast iron vs. ABS/PVC despite the fact that I said it clearly isn't cast iron. Had Arnold MacLeod plumbing come and what do you know, it took less than an hour to replace my ABS pipe and less than $200, in the exact way that I said. Unless you're looking to be taken advantage of for absurd prices, go somewhere else.
