Story

Track record for the last 10 years in real estate. Ten facts about Mr. Most:

1. According to the Toronto Real Estate Board, in the last two years (through December 19, 2011) Mr. Most has completed 170 transactions, which do not include excusive listings. About 20 percent of my sales have been exclusive listings.
2. While I was working with RE/MAX, I was one of the top agents. In 2010 and 2011, I was one of the top 100 RE/MAX agents worldwide.
3. In last 10 years, there were only two deals that I did not close, and my sellers took the deposits. Several other deals occurred where buyers had difficulties in closing, so I closed all of them myself.
4. I did not have even one complaint from my clients that required me to appear before the Toronto Real Estate Board, RECO, or court judges to defend myself.
5. I have not had any clients purchase property and lose money (other than the two previously mentioned). One did not show up for closing, and the other one decided not to close. In both cases, the deposits went to my sellers.
6. I believe in the value of investing in real estate, which is why I have invested my own money in real estate. No single agent has invested more in detached homes in C07 and C14 than me.
7. I had thought about opening my own firm for a long time, but I did not feel comfortable competing against the company I worked for. However, encouragement from one of the new managers in Willowdale helped to speed up the process!!!
8. After receiving my master’s degree from the University of Toronto, I worked for one year with Royal LePage and then for nine years with RE/MAX. I have received the following awards from RE/MAX: RE/MAX 100% Club Award, RE/MAX Executive Club Award, RE/MAX Platinum Club Award, RE/MAX International Chairman’s Club Award, and a Life Achievement Award.
9. My new brokerage, Mr. Most Realty Inc., was born in October 2011.
10. I built my business from scratch on integrity and professionalism. I strive to bring the best qualified buyers to sellers. I continue to support athletic, educational, and spiritual organizations and events.

Mission
