A fun and casual place to enjoy a good meal and one of my favourite desserts. Their sticky toffee pudding is the best in Saskatchewan, hands down. After enjoying the summer platter that consists of sirloin steak, garlic prawns with avocado and spiced tenders, my buddy and I were ready for the dessert. Unfortunately, this time, it was unavailable. Our waitress Whitney was exceptional in every way and she suggested the cheesecake, which was delicious. She also gave us both a card to give us a free sticky toffee pudding the next time we came back. So great service, excellent food, wonderful waitress and an establishment that realizes that customers are important.
I had the 14oz Ribeye steak. The price may be high, but an incredible meal. I prefer this restaurant even over The Keg!Food: 5/5
Pretty decent around sorta restaurant. Food is good quality..pricing is mid to high. Staff is always decent to helpful. What's really nice is the bar side is definitely separate from the restaurant side so the noise is kept at a lower level and you can still talk and hear.Food: 5/5
Oh wow. I met up with a friend and her daughter. It took forever for a waitress to acknowledge us . I recommended the sirloin tops what came out was deep fried or fried something there was literally three pieces of meat in the 16.99$ dish. They removed the sirloin tips from our bill. No offer for another item or to redo or dessert. The service was horrible. Will never return or recommend to anyone else again. Beware !!
We are sitting in mr mikes right now and we are the only customers. We waited at the door for 10 minutes to be seated. Once seated another 15 minutes to get our order taken by an unfriendly waitress. Probably won’t be back. For these kind of prices I would expect a little better service. Let’s hope the food is good at least. Update: we had ordered a lobster dip appy and when our meals came we asked about the appetizer. It hadn’t even been ordered. Our meal was ok but nothing to right home about considering each was around $28 for lunch. They did offer a dessert but we were out of time and declined. There was no offer of a price reduction.
Initially the wait staff was very nice. However they misheard an order and seemed very annoyed that a plate was sent back to be remade. After that they seemed to only stop by at the bare minimum so drinks were not being refilled. The menu itself is written in a way that makes it a little confusing for some people in my party to understand. I ordered a quesadilla and in my opinion the chicken in it was very dry and bland. I don't believe I'll be going back.
Took my son here for a nice lunch together was extremely disappointed! 45 mins from the time we ordered till our lunch came. It was cold and the portions were seriously a joke. I ordered a french onion soup which never came but was on the bill. I would give zero stars if that was a option..... Wouldn't recommend to anyone
My bill was $36 and change. I was paying cash and gave the waitress 3 twenties and said I needed to break the change. She brought me back $2.55 in change and 2 tens. I’ve been a waitress and know this was her way of saying she felt I should leave her over ten dollars tip on a $36 dollar meal. The meal was good, service was nice. Had to ask twice for a napkin but she was polite. I was put off by the manipulation of trying to tell me what tip to leave so I’ll go elsewhere for my rare night out and hard earned entertainment dollars where I can decide how it is used.
I love Mr. Mikes. Love the Cascadia salad, lodge chips and skookumchuk sandwich. Also panko shrimp and much more. I love the points, atmosphere, service. I've never been disappointed. A number of times we have had a bonus birthday meal on the house as well. Definitely want to go back soon.
Always a great place to eat. Food is great, service is friendly and quick and the restaurant is very clean. It's probably our first choice for dinner when we're in Regina.
