I had the bacon mushroom burger with Caesar salad. Salad was OK, burger was blah. Lettuce and tomato were fresh, but bacon was just OK and burger was dry really dry and tasteless. Not sure what they did to the mushrooms, but they were tasteless as well. Server was like so many others - perfunctory until it’s time for the bill, then talkative and friendly - so tired of that routine. This is a chain restaurant; I’ve never been to another location and, after this meal, am definitely not inspired to try any of them.
Went for lunch and the food has changed, steak bites were chewy and did Not look appetizing at all. In the past it was really good, server was great but the food not so much...friend had a salad and got charged extra after looking at the bill, were never going back.
A clean location with a friendly, efficient and helpful staff. The food is amazing! Reasonable prices for the amount of food that you get.
UPDATE: The manager has reached out and has offered her apologies. She has offered a gift certificate so we may give them another chance. I may Adjust my rating after i reevaluate the establishment again. We had The Steak with lobster tail topper. I ordered mine well Done...no Pink. Came back med rareish the first time cut all the outside off sent the middle back to cook it more. Came back about med. There is a cheese sauce that the put on the Potatoes dang its nasty. Very box chemical taste. Veggies were not cooked just warm Carrots were super hard. The Server however was very good. Even though he was Super busy. I chalk the food up to possibly a bad night All in all, all was good except the food.
Worst service I’ve ever seen. Everyone was rude and acted like I wasn’t paying 100$ for my meal. Food was disgusting id recommended going somewhere else
Definitely not going back. Over priced and small portions. The smallest poutine I've ever had with a burger. Not to mention the waitress could not even remember my order or the person I was with. Changed sonthing about their Mike sauce and its not as good as before. Paid for my stuff didn't make a fuss, but not going back.
food is good, but the service is FANTASTIC! Each time we have gone the servers, hosts, and manager make us want to come back with their welcoming service!
We always come here for our date nights and have nothing but the best experience and great food. Tonight was different, we ordered the same thing we get every time; medium rare steak. When we cut into it, it was so raw we thought we got the wrong order. It was definitely blue rare, our waitress was busy so we flagged down one other person working, we let him know that we’re sorry but our steaks were way underdone, he took our plates and said he would get them fixed no problem, 2 minutes later he comes back with the plates in hand and said that the cook said these were medium rare and that they were cooked correctly and that we must taste them to be sure. We said we’re sorry, but they were way under done for medium rare. He said ok are you sure and left back to the kitchen, 10 minutes later he brings us back our meals and the steaks. We cut in again and they were so over cooked they were brown the light and dry as a bone. He said that next time we should order medium well because that’s what we actually wanted. We have eaten here many many times with steak that was cooked perfect medium rare every time. We’re not ones to send back food especially not twice. Our regular waitress came to check on us and we did not want to trouble her a second time. Food can be fixed and we had AMAZING service from our server Cassidy but the gentleman that “fixed” our mess up kind of had an attitude and we were very put off by him and how he lectured us about “what we actually wanted”. Again, our server Cassidy was AMAZING. Over all she’s the only reason we would come back to that place.
Not impressed, family 5 if us asked if we had reservations? We said no so they said can we seat you in the bar? We said ok, once they sat us was great then no service? Random guy brought half our meal to us then 15 min later the rest of our meal? Had to go up and ask for ketchup and salt and pepper! They sat us at a table high my grandson fell off the seat and hurt his nose! The restaurant basically forgot about us being there! Had to go up and pay for our bill! The food was not great sorry to say I will not ever return to your restaurant!! I understand it got busy but you never forget about your customers
Went with the family. Delicous but they definitely could had taken thier time a little more besides that they were perfect. Always loved the fact that you can customize your steak.
