We are Vancouver's oldest mattress store (est. 1964). We sell FLIPPABLE mattresses, locally made at everyday discount prices!

Their mantra is true, no bull! Richard is extremely knowledgeable and helpful and won’t upsell, just wants you to leave with what you need and make a happy, satisfied customer. Delivery guys were awesome, friendly and fast. Love our new mattress, our backs are so thankful. Had previously ordered a mattress online would never try that again or recommend! Try it out in store, everyone has different ratings for firmness. I’m sure this mattress will last us for years and years. Thanks guys! -Dan and Luciana
What a smooth mattress buying experience. In and out in 20 minutes with great service explaining different models and trying them out. Then great service on delivery and haul away of old mattress. Then for mattress itself, unbelievably good. So comfortable, sleeping so much better.
I bought my daughters twin and my king mattress here. This was one of the best customer service interactions I've had. Sales people were not pushy and extremely helpful. Delivery guys were on point and efficient. We needed to wait a few months before having our mattress delivered at our request and when I called, they not only remembered me but certain details of what we discussed months prior. I'd give them a 10 star rating if I could.
Amazing service!! I ordered the wrong size and Tony helped me get the right mattress. Delivery was exactly as promised and the no BS shopping experience was refreshing. Thanks all, I kinda wish I needed another one...but im guessing when I do, you'll still be here.
Flawless experience with Bob, his expertise is second to none. He was so helpful towards my request of a soft, plush, luxurious mattress. I am so looking forward to having a bed of a princess because of him!
I would honestly give 10 stars if I could! From walking in, finding the perfect mattress, to delivery all the way outside of Vancouver, Mr Mattress and his team is the best example of what a business should be. Mr Mattress, you have us for life. We’ll be a lifetime customer with you, and recommend you to our communities. Sadly we forgot to tip our delivery driver in the chaos of our busy moving day. He was great! Thank you for finding us the perfect mattress!
I love that these mattresses are made locally. They're high quality, and your dollars are actually paying for that quality and local manufacturing. You're not paying for the marketing machinery of an international brand. The folks at Mr. Mattress were very helpful and friendly. They were even able to accommodate my request for same day delivery I live pretty close to the store. We've had the new set for about three weeks and so far so good. Very happy with my experience at Mr. Mattress. I recommend them and will be a returning customer.
Great experience! I waited way too long for a new mattress. Mine was in decent shape technically, but it was old. Mr. Mattress is a Vancouver gem! It is locally owned and operated, they supply their mattresses locally too! They're made in Surrey! They aren't kidding about the zero sales pressure. Bob gave me tons of time to try out a few different ones and never tried to upsell me. I actually went with the middle price one and I'm so excited. Plus they delivered and picked up my old mattress for a nominal fee. Also they let you know how to get rid of your own mattress and how much it costs if you don't want them to do it. Would recommend. I'm so excited for my new mattress!
I went to Mr. Mattress because they are old school and viewed positively in the area. I also read the reviews and tried to gather some info. The owner is very helpful and we wrapped up in about 10 minutes as I knew what I wanted. I am really happy to report that these made in Canada mattresses match their ratings. Just got mine and it was easy peasy. Delivery driver took my old mattress and i'm lounging now. Good job.
I am so glad these reviews led me to this place! We've gone through two mattresses within the past two and a half years because the pillowtops were sagging - just enough sag to cause lower back pain but not enough for the warranties to cover. I contemplated visiting a mattress store that was slightly closer to my house, but thank goodness I decided to go to Mr. Mattress! Upon entering, we were immediately greeted by Robert. Suuuuper nice and down to earth guy, and I can definitely say the same for everyone else that works there. At no point did we feel pressured or rushed. We found our mattress much quicker than expected. I can't exactly describe it, but there's just this buttery, luxurious feeling to their mattresses, even the firm ones. Luckily for us, the mattress we bought was in stock, and the delivery truck was heading to our city that afternoon... so we got it within the same day! Delivery and mattress removal fees were very reasonable. Very quick and efficient delivery and removal. Side notes: Free parking at the back - it can get a little tight but not a big deal! I've seen people mention how the inside of the store looks outdated. While I agree that it isn't fancy or decorated, I actually found that it made the whole process way less intimidating! I've always disliked going into a mattress store that looked too pristine because I'd feel awkward rolling around and trying everything out. At the end of the day, I came here to get a mattress and that is what I got the amazing service was a very, very welcome plus My husband said: "I can't wait to go to sleep tonight. I've never been this excited about a bed before" and I think that says a lot. This will probably be the only mattress store I'll be recommending to everyone now!
