I got my car to this place for switching my winter tires and balancing them. The guys at the store were really nice. I felt my car is in safe hands. They were really fast. I also got a $20 discount.
I had a nail in my tire and came to this location 20 minutes before they opened so that I would be the first one in line to have the nail removed from my tire and patched up. When one of the representatives came to my car, I showed him where the nail was. He advised me that I should replace the tire because it was worn out. I told him that I just wanted to address the nail issue. He was persistent that I change the tire and I kept telling him no. He told me to park my car to the side and I asked him how long it would take before they could pull out the nail and he said it depended on how busy they were. That was a bit baffling since I was the first one there and this place advertises that service is on a “first come first serve” basis. After waiting 10 minutes and watching two other customers arrive and get service done right away, I approached the staff and asked how long I had to wait. They said 20-30 minutes. I asked why I had to wait while others didn’t when I was there first. Their response was that the nail in my car had to be removed outside. That did not answer my question of why I had to wait while others didn’t. Then the manager said because they didn’t have a “tire guy”. If that was the case, why wasn’t I informed from the time I first asked for the service? I expressed how dissatisfied I was and that I believed that I was “tossed” to the side because I didn’t agree to the upsale of a new tire. They did not care. Needless to say, I left and will take my “worthless” business elsewhere. Horrible customer service.
I went to Mr. Lube to get my oil changed, and it was my very first time, so I honestly didn’t really know what I was doing. Jass was incredibly helpful from start to finish. He took the time to explain everything clearly, kept me updated on what needed to be done, and let me know what was being completed along the way. He made the whole experience easy, comfortable, and stress-free. I really appreciated the great customer service and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!
