Called on Saturday for a taxi on Monday. Date and time and address and cost confirmed. Monday morning they are a no show. When I redialed the number on my phone they say they don't even have me in the book. No apology. No effort to get someone. All my arrangements to get to work blown out of the water. And noooo apology.

I just called for a cab and was asked where to so I replied “the arena” next question from where told him my address and that the apartment is right next door, he then says where am I going to which I replied to the arena and he says “I need to know where you are” I said “ I told you the apartment right next door” he says “that’s not what you said” I am getting angry now and was beginning to explain how the conversation went but I did it in a controlled medium tone and he butts in and Says “hey you want a cab ride?” To which I said GOOD BYE
