Order was wrong! Ordered jalapeño poppers got back to work and had mozzarella sticks. Ugh!
Rhey did not wear gloves. The cook kept wiping his sweat with his hands they messed up our order. Had to tell the cook to put on gloves
Wouldn't take my coupon, paid for extra meat and did not receive it. Paid $11 for 2 7 inch Roman burgers, what a ripoff!!
The Roman burger is the best in my opinion but that's just me but Mr. Hero stands in a class of there own because they have there signiture sandwiches the cheese steak and roman burger.

The guy answered a call and kept walking away while we were ordering, gave us the wrong size cups and kept forgetting things we had ordered. Left the newbie to cook our orders and then got mad at her when she made it wrong.
Counter person said no one here to cook food after she took my money!!
