I made an appointment with them to come out to fix a light switch and ceiling fan. The appointment was from 830-10am. Then I get a call that it needs to be moved back to 11-1. ok no problem. Then at 330pm I get a call that " hey I am on my way" What do you mean on your way you were supposed to be there from 11-1? Then I am told that oh yeah you got moved again. Well thanks for calling me a telling me that. So when I call the corporate office they have no reason why I got pushed back no do they have a reason why I did not receive a call about being pushed back. Terrible customer experience. Would not go through them again if I have to.
