Stumbled upon Mr. Dumpling accidentally and were very happy we did. Very delicious food, great service and nice calm atmosphere. We ordered general tao's chicken and lamb coriander dumplings half steamed, half fried. The women that helped us was very kind and wonderful. We will be back again when in the area.
If your looking for delicious dumplings. You came to the right place. Awesome. And the general Tao. Very yummy. We ordered. A milk pearl bubble tea. A wonton soup. General Tao. Peanut butter dumplings. Could be a little sweeter thats my opinion And we ordered pork dumplings with onions. Honeslty the price is decent. The place is small and cute. And the girls that work there are super friendly. And lol I liked that there water was cold and fresh with ice.
This place is amazing. They gave us a free drink, and a huge one for ordering a medium order. Very kind and the vibe inside is pleasant. Will go back.
If you're a fan of dumplings, you won't want to miss Mr. Dumplings. This small restaurant may not have a lot of space, but what it lacks in size it more than makes up for in service and flavor. From the moment you walk in, you'll be greeted with a warm smile and impeccable service. The staff is knowledgeable and is happy to make recommendations based on your preferences. And the food? I stopped by for lunch to get some vegan dumplings to go. The restaurant had one other customer, and it took about 15 minutes for them to prepare my order. The tofu dumplings were bland; the mushroom dumpling had a bit more flavour. I wish they had come with something other than soy sauce and that the tofu had been marinated. I prepared my own sauce when I got home. I usually feel full quickly, but I had the dozen dumplings in one sitting and didn't have any leftovers. I enjoyed the wakame salad.
Small selection of dumplings, which was disappointing for a dumpling shop. I'd would say it's very average, there's nothing special about this place. Was told it would be ready in 20 minutes... I had to wait 10 minutes on site. Pork shrimp and cilantro wasn't available, which was dissatisfactionFood: 2/5
Their dumplings are spectacular ! We ordered 4 kinds, both steamed and fried, and then ordered seconds- they were THAT good! Really juicy, like soup dumplings. Will definitely return!Food: 5/5
The dumplings are very fresh and tasty. Would definitely go back. But maybe not in winter. Unfortunately, it was a bit cold inside.Food: 5/5
I dont know why it has almost 5 stars, I saw the reviews and I wanted to give it a try...the wan tong soup was bad, the dumplings tasted nothing and where dry, the general tao was the best thing in the order but even that it wasn't that good. I dont recommend this place.
Pork wonton soup had great broth and you could tell the egg rolls are made in house. Quite nice, clean. Nothing greasy here. That being said the dumplings are not the best I've had in mtl, in Verdun however it's a welcome addition to the neighborhood and the dumplings are still tasty and made with love.
