I presume this is a locally owned restaurant. I'm not one to complain about prices... But these prices don't match the quality of the food. I paid $12 for a cheese steak with no onions, peppers, mayo or any other "toppings", some burnt fries, and the cheese steak was well below average to say the least. I'm highly disappointed considering. Being a former restaurant manager I'm disgusted. Nevertheless, I don't complain without suggesting improvements, I'd say consider not charging for "toppings" and adding flavor/seasoning to the meat.
I order sandwich and coleslaw. Sandwich was really salty. I regretted it as soon as I took one bite. Then, when I had coleslaw, I realized it had gone bad. I went to see the guy who seemed to be the owner working between the deli and the ice cream shop next door. After hearing my compliant, all he said was "okay" and that was it. No apology, no courtesy at all. I must assume he is experienced in ignoring complaints... I hope this review helps the way he takes customer complaints as well as the way he prepares his food.
Wow don't listen to that other negative Nancy, I'm betting she was probably rude to them. I love Mr. Deli, they always make me the best food. Their cheesesteaks and burgers are fantastic and so are the wraps. The girls and their boss are also always super friendly. Even the coffee is almost Dunkin Donuts quality. A+
Just wanted to say the food was delicious and great for the price! The staff though was horrible. Cashier is very incompetent. She does not hand you correct change. The cooks will usually forget to put in something you ordered and the manager is the worst. Very rude and unprofessional. I say this place would be better off with a more friendly and reliable crew that can show their customers respect
Not worth the money or time. My food was Luke warm and it was only one person ahead of me. Bread for my hot dog was stale and my fried onion missed the grill. Under stuffed sub. We could have went to a restaurant for 25 cashier needs to work on her customer service.
just had a cheesesteak sandwich at mister deli . it was a very tasty sandwich but I don't consider minced meat acceptable . If I'm going to pay 7.50 for a steak sandwich then it should be slices of steak in the sandwich and not little pieces of meat the size of bread crumbs . that is acceptable topping for a slice of pizza not for a sandwich . Avoid this place and go elsewhere .
Lemonade in the cup is the best. Cheese steak A+. French fries are the bomb! My son said the cheeseburger was pretty good. Going back tomorrow for lunch!
Ordered at Mr. Deli because of 10% discount, between 4-9pm, gave my card to pay for wrap but also asked about cheese steak.. cashier went on and on how every place charges extra for peppers and onion, I finally asked for.my card back..I asked about the 10%, because I didn't receive it, cashier got all uppity saying I didn't mention the 10%off?? YOU need to mention it or NO DISCOUNT, IT'S NOT MY FAULT"! You would have thought the $1.25 was coming out of her pocket, I will never go to Mr.Deli again how petty all 3 employees were very defensive and could care less about accommodating customer even with a fountain drink! Owner or management needs to take more care of their customers it starts at the top and works its way down
Three times got our order wrong. Finally just ate what given instead of correcting order again and again. Not sure how Reuben sounds like root beer then roast beef...what an idiot taking order.
Pretty good menu. Turkey reuben special for me and turkey chili for my wife hit the spot.
