Dr. Ambra provides a very unique and refreshing approach to medicine. It's awesome to have a doctor take the effort to make such a personalized program based on your body type, lifestyle and specific goals. Definitely would highly recommend Movement Medicine to anyone looking for some rehab options for injuries or general preventative measures to stay healthy!

Working with Teresa has been life changing for me. I have been struggling for over a year with nutrition and safety around a weight training program and entering into competitive powerlifting. As a female, I was worried about eating more than I needed and gaining weight but also not eating enough and stalling on my weightlifting progress. Teresa has helped me not only with proper nutrition but she's also been able to help with injuries that have come up along the way. She even recommended a great trainer that I've now been working with for the last month. My experience with her has been far better than trying to work with my GP around nutrition and general wellness. Bonus she's also a pleasure to be around and I look forward to my visits with her!
