Mountain West Electric

My bedroom ceiling fan was not working when we moved into our home. I have a homeowners warranty and I requested service to get it done. My warranty company referred us to Mountain West to get it taken care of. Our service technician was Richard Curzon. He called me in the morning and asked when I would be available to meet him for the service. I told him that any time during the day was just fine. He showed up to my home 15 minutes after the call. Richard was as professional as I expected him to be. He was dressed nicely, he was clean, and he explained the entire repair process to me. He got my fan working within 10 minutes. All in all, I am very happy with my experience with Mountain West. I'll call them and use their services again as long as they send Richard!

Wow so glad you posted this we agree fully. They are not called mountain worst for no reason. We also have had bad experience. Its not what they can do for you its only what you can do for them. I understand this is a company and they need to make money also on but it starts with your employees They are what makes you. So in further reference mountain worst take care of what makes you money to live and support your families while you sit at home every night with them. Sincerely chet :)

Absolutely 100% horrible company to work for instead of takin care of original employees they rather higher new employees. Doesn't matter if u work there 2 months verses 3 yrs. U mean nothing to them. They rather send u out of state then keep u home. " Sorry FAMILY does matter"... we or our spouses need to be home. As far as quality work it might happen if the men or women get the supplies need. Slackin of owners n management dependin on how much u want to be on ur knees. Company vacation only goes for those who we like. Mountain west motto less amount of investment for gettin the most gain. Recommended not to hire or work for this company doesn't have the repatriation it has for no reason. Plz watch ur self let alone someone wantin work done. Materials are not sent or on time take ur pic. Its ur home or bussiness that suffers... :'(....

Yup completely agree with both. Never seen a company as bad as this beware.
