Decent prices, the customer service runs hot & cold. I went in a few days ago & got great service from a real super gal. Went in today stood at the register for >5 mins. There were at least 4 employees that I saw at the back of the store chatting away (and yes they could see me). I finally walked out leaving everything on the counter. Sad way to do business

Generally they're ok. But I'm not real impressed right now. I've been purchasing from these guys for about 2 years now. Not large amounts, just all the stuff I need to for my fixer upper home. And they've always been fine to work with, prices are about what you'd see at homedepot. Placed an order for a door a week ago, they thought they would build it, turns out they have to order it in. I've called them each day for the last 3 days asking for some kind of indicator when it would be ready. Each time the answer is "uuuuu i don't know" I ask them to please find out and call me back. They never call me back. I shouldn't be upset about something so minor, and they've been fine to work with up till now, so i'm not leaving a 1 star review. But I do wish they'd call me back!

great little building supply place. its the location and their service that make this place helpful. honestly I have places further away that offer better selection and price but they have the market in the Emmett area.
