Excellent customer service! I worked with Jeannie with trying to start a new service and not only did she know the process inside and out, but she was patient with all my questions. Jeannie took the initiative to even call me back to reconfirm a selection I made on my application to start a new service and grateful she did! She took it a step further and wrote several follow up e-mails and honestly this is what perfect customer service should look like in every company. If we had more folks like Jeannie things would be much smoother and it was certainly pleasant chatting with her! MVEA is definitely lucky to have a fantastic employee, so kudos to Jeannie!!!
I just transferred my parent's account to my name and Julie made it extremely quick and easy. While I haven't experienced the MVEA electrical services for very long yet, I'm optimistic the excellent customer service I received today translates to the rest of my experience using Mountain View Electric.
Been promising every year for 20+ years to either move their poles off my property or replace them with serviceable poles. Still waiting. But they threaten to cut the lock on my gate so they can come look at them,, again. Bunch of cut n paste engineers that couldn't do basic trigonometry if they had a book in front of them.
My customer experience while updating my account was outstanding. Every detail was explained in person and via email as a backup. Very well done.

With very little notice, Julie was amazingly efficient about transferring multiple accounts, sending me docusign paperwork as I am out of state at the moment, AND was very very nice as well. Definitely 5 good stars.
Kelley was very patient and nice with me. She was very professional, and took time while explaining the rules of transferring a name.
