Mountain Valley Lodge is a 20 unit motel located in Benzie County.

Story

We are located in beautiful Benzie County, only minutes away from several spectacular rivers and lakes, providing great opportunities for fishing, kayaking/canoeing, tubing and boating. There are miles of ATV trails accessible from our property. We are surrounded by acres of state land, making us the perfect hunting destination. There are many terrific golf courses in the area and various hiking and bicycle trails. We are 3 miles from the Crystal Mountain ski slopes with numerous snowmobile trails in the area. We are only a short drive from Lake Michigan, The Sleeping Bear Sand Dunes and Leelanau wine country. Stay with us and enjoy all that Benzie County has to offer.

Great family run business. The owners are great people and you can tell they have put a lot of work into the place since buying it and continue to do improvements and upgrades all the time! It's a great place to stay any time of year since its close to Crystal Mountain, snowmobile trails, several beaches, hunting and fishing spots, and so much more! 
I also love how supportive they are of our military and veterans. The large mural in the rec room is amazing!

Mountain valley is one of the best over night places to stay if you are trying to ski crystal mountain. Just minutes away from the mountain. The manager is great! And the rec room is one of the best places to hangout. Highly recommend!

Kym & Luke Reynolds are hard working, family oriented small business owners. They take pride in the improvements they continue to make; investing in the infrastructure of the lodge, creating a fun, outdoorsy, kid-friendly location that is affordable & close to everything Benzie County’s year round playground has to offer. I’ve personally enjoyed playing ping pong & euchre or watching a championship game with friends in their game room. I look forward to seeing this family’s small business thrive.

Room and price good. People talking out side room, loud.  Was told they serve coffee in the morning.  I went to the office to get coffee and the coffee in the pot had mold floating on top of the coffee that was in it..   gross!

Friendly, clean, and comfortable! The lodge is a great place to stay. Love that it is close to skiing and other outdoor activities. The owners and staff are incredibly nice people. Highly recommend!
