We were very satisfied about the service in Mountain Spirit Resort. It was also very clean and luxury. Great hotel 😀

Staying in summer, the prices were not bad at all compared to nearby Banff and other touristy spots. Also, the rooms are great! We had the type with the freestanding tub and stuff and it was so fun, so much space to relax in while we explored the area. The wifi was also reliable (which I've really come to appreciate in hotels-it can be bad). My only main complaint is the lack of provided breakfast, which isn't too bad given the fun places in the area (you're also close to the amazing German restaurant for dinner!).

Beautiful Place, large spacious rooms for an excellent price (although I stayed in summer so it was probably cheaper) excellent reception, very clean.

Traveling for business I was looking for a decent place to stay on my way through the area. I showed up at 8pm and there was a lot of confusion about how to check in because no one was here in the evening. Called the number for security and even the gentlemen on the other end of the phone seemed confused about how to get in (there is a lock box somewhere but he didn't know the location of the lock box). Finally got checked in and went to turn on my computer so I could do some work since I've been on the road all day and I have no internet access because there is no one here to give me password information, so now it is costing me a lot of money in business that I promised would be completed once I got to my hotel. The lack of communication about how things worked here is very disappointing, and had I known this was going to be the case I would not stay here nor will I ever stay here again. Extremely poor service.
