A nice chill train station. Easy access to drop off and pick up passengers. There is a pretty good spot to lock up your bike if needed. Presto machines are available to accept fare payment. This station is under construction at the moment however the station is long enough to open all doors on the train. My Joy is a very convenient spot overall.
Its embarrassing that it still doesn't have a proper washroom. Disappointing that neither private corporations that built this plan or the public infrastructure that approved didn't care enough about public to have this essential facilities available for riders. No excuse for this problem in this day and age.
Living on Stouffville makes a regular on Mount Joy GO. It's good, lots of parking and in a good location. Missing some good coffee at a walkable distance.
Good train station. Ample parking in the morning as long as you're early. Plenty of spots to lock up your bike if you ride to the station. Plenty of Presto machines to accept fare payment. Station is long enough to open all doors on the train. There is a spot to drop off and pick up passengers. Very convenient if you're running late and need a ride.
I love this station because it's clean, the staff are professional and provide good service, and there is plenty of room for parking/or quick drop-offs without obstructing the bus lane.nnIt's also nice to have the option of taking the GO train.
