And made sure my mother head stone was put in on time and Proper.. we greatly appreciate how patient and understanding you were at this time and our lives when my family and I lost my mother. May she rest in peace.

This place did an awesome job with assisting my family with laying my beloved grandmother to rest. Excellent customer service and care. Krista was a very big help in this time of grief. She made sure everything we needed she provided.

To Whom It May Concern,nnPlease spare me any apologies—what’s happening here goes far beyond a simple oversight. My grandmother was buried at this cemetery in June. This is supposed to be a perpetual care cemetery, yet the reality is anything but.nnThe graveside service was already traumatic due to mismanagement. We were promised the headstone would be properly raised and the surrounding plots maintained. Instead, what we’ve witnessed is blatant neglect and disrespect toward the deceased and their families.nnThis is not just an emotional issue—it’s a legal one. You are in violation of perpetual care cemetery standards as defined by Michigan law. I intend to bring this to the attention of city and state representatives, and I will be filing a formal complaint with LARA.nnThis situation is unacceptable, and I expect a thorough response and immediate corrective action. I will be sending you an email as well as a formal letter

We buried our 97 year old mother in June,2023. I paid cash for her plot and headstone in December, 2021 with Verdia Hayward. It has been an absolute horror trying to get the headstone made and placed at the gravesite. My sister and I started calling and emailing in 2024 and 2025 is ending and still nothing. Only way we got the process started was to drop in unannounced cause she would not return any calls. She has gotten the dates wrong on the mockup, then the wording wrong, then when I asked about the picture we sent her she went dark. Again!!This is ridiculous!! We wanted to meet at the gravesite as a family in her birthday today but did not because the headstone still isn’t there. Further action to be taken. Please. If you love your loved one, don’t buy them here.

Verdia Hayward, an excellent family counselor. She is full of so much information and has answers to all of your questions and sometimes with examples.nI have not been in front of anyone in a very long time that knows the aspects of their job like Ms. Hayward. It's been a pleasure.
