I would rate this place a 6 stars if I could. The staff was amazing. Super helpful, super friendly. The man who sold me my first motorcycle gave me the best service I’ve ever received. Amazing motorcycle choices to choose from. I received mine with two new tires and was cleaned right before delivery. Truly an amazing service all around I 100% recommend you give these guys a look!!!!!!
Service impecaple! I bought a ninja 300 and Sebastien was nothing but helpful . I live in Hearst Ontario and made the 12 hour drive to go pick up the bike. When I got back home I noticed one of my front fork seal was leaking so after calling to see what could be done Simon who I presume is the manager asked me if i had a place in Hearst that I trusted to repair the bike and Isaid yes. He then told me that i could get it fixed up and that they would pay the garage . This my friends is what I call customer support and service. I highly recommend doing business with this wonderful bike shop. The prices are competitive and more importantly you are well taken care of thanks again Simon and Sebastien for the outstanding support!
I purchased my first Motorcycle from Moto Repentigny this April 2021 , Brand new Suzuki GSX S750, Yvon Marcil help me with the deal, I am very pleased with the process, Yvon was very helpful, he help me set up the bike for my ride back to Toronto that day, I am very grateful. The Motorcycle was just unpacked , nice and clean. All the staff were very nice and helpful . I purchased the bike base on an advertisement in Kijiji without being present at the dealership, made the deal in November 2020 with Yvon over the phone from Toronto to pick up the motorcycle in Spring 2021. Very very easy process, Thank you Yvon and Moto Repentigny for the excellent experience.
Small place, but what they like in size has nothing to do with the high service levels they offer. Their prices for parts and gear can't be beaten. I'll be a regular customer for life!
Highly recommend, They went a long way to keep me happy and no other showroom would have been ok with my request. Thank you Moto Repentigny
