Motel 6 Hamilton

Made a reservation and it was incorrectly taken, when I called back to ask why confirmation was never sent clerk that answered was extremely rude. She would not allow me to speak to the manager and cancelled my reservation. I would not recommend this hotel due to the lack of customer service.

Staff was great. Room was very clean and smelled great. Convenient location and great rates. The air conditioner was very noisy and stopped working sometime during the night.

The sign saying "Now Open" led my friend and I to believe that this was a remodeled Motel 6, so we decided to stay here. It was one of the worst motel rooms I've ever experienced. The staff was friendly enough, but the room -- the whole place, actually -- was in serious need of repair and renovation. The furniture was old, mismatched, chipped. There was no hair dryer, iron, microwave, or refrigerator. There was one bar of soap for two guests, no shampoo or lotion. The bathtub had a permanent black "ring" around a big portion of it, and I saw ants on the bathroom floor. The whole room had a "feeling" of being dirty. The A/C was SO loud that it wasn't possible to use it. It hung on the wall next to one of the beds, so high that you had to stand on the bed to read the controls, and the air blew onto the second bed rather than circulating in the entire room. The only purpose it served was to drown out the noise from whatever commotion was going on upstairs, but it would have been virtually impossible to keep it on all night and sleep, too.

Yes this is an affordable motel, but that doesn't mean that is shouldn't be cleaned. dusty, covered in dead bugs, spilled gunk all over walls and counters. Smells like B.O....i won't be staying here again.

Very convenient locattion. Rooms and bathroom clean.staff great. We booked a room for $90 and when we got here the person at the front desk asked if we booked online and dropped price to $75. Got nothing bad to say
