I was craving a pizza and came across this spot. The restaurant was spacious and can easily accommodate big families. Ambience: The ambience was just like any other pizza spot but was very clean and neat which I loved. Food: we ordered 3 build your own pizzas and an appetizer jalepeno poppers. The appetizer was okay in taste but the pizzas were mind blowing. The food was appropriately warm and so juicy. They have a lot of options to choose from and can build your own pizza according to your preference. Service: Our server Tosha, was extremely friendly and kind. But our order took some time to arrive and we also were charged for hot sauce which we werent aware of and that's why I have rated 4 instead of 5 stars. Overall: The experience was good and a must visit place for some awesome pizzas.
We went to this pizza spot after visiting TASC. Service was extremely slow, food was great. We ordered jalapeños poppers which didn’t taste very good. Place - 8/10 Pizza - 8/10 Drinks - 9/10 Service - 5/10
First time ordering pizza through Mossimo’s. Needless to say the pizza did not live up to the google rating. Pizza was inconsistent, far too much dough in comparison to sauce. Pizza was also over cooked and honestly not that great. The expired dipping sauce was the icing on the cake. Far better options in the area.
Really disappointed. The first time we came here it was great and we couldn't wait till we came in again! We just got pick up, 1 large pepperoni and 2 lbs of wings. The wings seemed a bit skimped so I weighed them. They came to 383g. One pound of wings is 454g, so we are missing even with water evaporation 454g.. we got less than one pound! When I called in the manager said 'Sorry, we weigh them before we cook them so they lost weight when they cook'. C'mon, they don't loose a pound! Then he said 'Just as it says on the menu, it's 7 wings per pound'. We have 14 wings so that's correct... But guys, this is false advertising if you are saying 2 pounds then just give us 14 small wings that TOTAL 384 grams. Not coming back... Really disappointed and feel lied to.
Excellent pizza. A bit pricey but worth it! Very busy too which is a good sign of a successful restaurant.
If you remember the old Niagara Falls NY establishments pizza and wings this place is on par with these. The food portions are generous and the wings Which I come for are done just like I remember them from our old haunts stateside. The business is both seat in and take out and a small bar to compliment the overall sports bar theme. There's a separate room that accommodate sports teams or small gatherings as well. In the summer there's a nice covered patio on the west side of the building and ample parking in a lot situated within a small strip mall just to the rear of the business. Back to food, as mentioned, the wings come in the tried and true original Buffalo wing style and with variations of coatings from that. The pizza is classic with a nice crust and deep cheese and pepperoni topping if that's your preference. This is what we usually order and it never fails to deliver. My only complaint, and it's minor, is that after your first pint its awhile before someone comes by to ask if you want a refill. So you sit can dry until the food arrives and you can ask for a refill. If your just a one pint patron your good to go. The second pint is nice with the meal but to each their own. Overall always a great experience here. Kid-friendliness: Youth sports teams use the enclosed separate hospitality room on occasion. Group seating is accommodated in the dining area. Booths are also available for family sit downs. Not sure if there's high chairs for toddlers if needed.
Long time customer, but hadn't been here in about a decade. Decided to scratch the itch on my way out of town after visiting family in the area. Have heard that they've lost their touch, but many of those sentiments had come from members of their former slo-pitch team there was some falling out, but I don't know or care about the details...no place for politics when it comes to pizza. I suppose if you stay in one place long enough, you're bound to make a few enemies. The new to me at least location is beautiful inside and nice and close to the high school. Great display and selection of slices too. The pizza was perfect. A touch more well done than I remember it, but no complaints here. Greasy as hell, but that's how I like my pies. Crispy crust on the outside, chewy and slightly sweet on the inside. Nicely cupped pepperoni and excellent sauce. Has not changed much in the last 20 years, which was the last time I was a regular. Will probably get a pie on my way out of town whenever I visit.
I ordered a 24 slice unfortunately when I arrived to pick up my pizza it somehow go lost in translation. Not a big issue, The owner Angelo told Me they're making me another one so the owner had my Wife & I come to the Bar and have a beer on him. We accepted the offer. It was well worth the wait Mossimo's pizza is always good. Thanks for the great service. People need to accept sometimes that things happen.. We will definitely be back again maybe even dine in.. Parking: Always a good sign when the Parking lot is full of cars..
Used to make really good pizza , now it's just okay. Music was too quiet and tv wasn't working. Maybe it was the company I was with but it all felt awkward and forced. Might return for takeout but I will try to avoid eating in also the service was great, no issues with the staff, everyone was very pleasant!Food: 3/5
Been coming here for about the past 5 years just for slices , i live out of distance so I just grab a slice when I’m in the area roughly 1 to 3 times a month . The last 2 years was more once a month. Pretty consistent until the last few times I’ve gone . When you’re local you support local but they have dropped the ball on quality. Went there today and grabbed a buffalo chicken and pepperoni slice . The customer service was fine but the quality of food was not . Under cooked . I understand they undercook the slices to account for re heating , but at least make sure it’s cooked when bagged. And for the love of god if you’re to cheap to give me a box witch I was told was a $2 up charge then do not stack my slices . The pepperoni slice was doughy and cold and the buffalo chicken slice was dry with only a cheap franks buffalo flavour. Kinda felt like Ricky from the trailer park boys eating bread with grease . Some may say then stop going there , but when you go somewhere so little and so long apart you think the quality may improve. Should I have gone back and asked for a fix , yes maybe but as someone who works in kitchens, it’s best not to bother . Because clearly it’s not their fault for having cheap ingredients and bad training. Do better Mossimo’s you use to be good . Now you’re pizza pizza quality.
