We visited for lunch and ordered two of the 2 person sets. The Hainanese chicken was bland and flavourless, even compared to regular boiled chicken, but the other three noodle dishes were all great. Their tornada spring roll was unique too and I quite enjoyed it.
This restaurant is a very unique, the dishes they serve are very authentic. southeast Asian dishes. Their House Special Vermicelli is really delicious tons of prawns and chicken. The Laksa curry are really flavourful as well. Service is friendly, quick and efficient. Will come here again and will recommend to friends. Covid protocol is good too. Employees wear masks all the time, seats are decently spaced apart.
Super friendly service and delicious food! Although the small place got busy and things may get forgotten from time-to-time, it adds to the coziness of the restaurant. Lots of varieties in terms of food and the taste were good, my dad almost finished the entire of post of fish soup not on the menu! by himself.
Located in the corner of Headford Plaza, Mosaic offers a variety of SouthEast Asian cuisine. My family and I each ordered separate dishes: beef brisket curry, Hainanese chicken rice, rare beef pho and tom yum soup noodles. Everything was so delicious and flavorful! It seems like a family business as the owners who served us were wife and husband. Super friendly and quick service, I think I found my new fav spot for afternoon tea! They take both cash and credit here.
Nice environment, good food. The owner is awesome! I had the curry beef brisket, curry lamb and they were excellent sorry I forgot to take pictures. I also had the platter, ok, but good for sharing. Vegetables were good. Naan was good and a good match with curry. The Fried Shrimp with oatmeal flakes was so delicious. I am not sure if it’s on menu, was recommended by the owner. Was so good. It was around $19. Hainan Chicken was also good.
Thought I would try this place out for a quick casual take out lunch. The wings $8.99 were tasty. They were a good sized and very meaty. The spring rolls were light and crispy but were lbit on the small size. The Phad Thai, just needed a bit more salt for me .....was also on the small size and priced at $13.95. If you decide you would like to try this place, this eatery is contemporary and looked really clean and comfortable.
Had dinner with my family of 5. Decor is simple and clean. Our host was pleasant and friendly. The food came out fast and was fresh and tasty. Prices were reasonable for the food and portions. Would come back again.
Tried the curry beef with rice. Taste mild good for me but not my friends but really small size for $13.95. The Dong yum gong vermicelli again taste ok but not wow,$12.95 for a bowl , pricey. Service was good and place is clean and comfy.
Very spacious and clean environment. The atmosphere is perfect if you want to chat with friends, family, or for a date. The pan friend chicken steak, Chinese broccoli, and green beans are my favourite dishes. The avocado drink is also good value because they use a real avocado to blend it.
The Singapore Hainanese chicken rice I had was good before lockdown so I got takeout when they were having a promotion. The Vietnamese beef noodle soup had okay amount of beef except for the tiny piece of tendon! Broth was really bland with no taste at all. The Malay yellow curry lamb was nice and spicy but quite greasy, and never thought the lamb was with bones, felt like a stew. The lemongrass pork chop with rice was nicely done. Chicken and beef skewers were good in size and plump with a tasty satay dip. Fair prices.
