Fair pricing for household items, furniture, clothing and grocery. The Some of the staff are very friendly and excited with their work and some appear indifferent and unfriendly.
Morrows has something for everyone! We love visiting the store every couple weeks to see what new treasures they have in store! They offer Great pricing especially on clothing, and children’s items. It is also One of my favourite spots to shop around Christmas as they have a fantastic toy/gifting selection. Definitely worth the trip!
I Iove going to morrows!! I find awesome deals and cool new things!! The prices are get, and I have been saved many times there when in a pinch and can’t make it to Woodstock. The staff are always so friendly and welcome you into the store with open arms. I could spend hours shopping! I love doing my Christmas shopping with Morrows! Fantastic store!! It’s a must check out store!
I come to Woodstock a couple of times a year, I visit Morrows Drumbo every time. For the last 2 visits there’s been this lady working near the tool section that follows me and my family around the store. Today she told one of her co workers to follow us around the store, she might just be racist towards my culture. The young lady working in the front is very kind and helpful when it comes to returns and anything you need assistance with. I love going here and buying stuff for my business but I don’t think I’ll return here anytime soon due to that rude lady who followed me and my family around the store. I think it’s time for her to retire and treat her grand kids the same as she treated me and my family.
You might find a good deal on the product but the customer service is absolutely horrible. Seems like they greet the customer according the colour of your screen. There was literally no greeting or smiling on the face. Felt like being watched and I bought quite stuffs. Any way people of colour please be mindful if you are planning to visit. Absolutely worst customer service ever!
Very interesting store, drove there to specifically buy a frying pan advertised for $14.99. At the check out we were charged $29.99. I told the woman who rang us in the it was on special. Wow, if looks could kill! She checked with the front desk and told the other cashier to change it to $14.99, then just walked away, no apology, or thanks for correcting us. Some items are great deals, others no so much. If you are looking for friendly customer oriented sales staff, don't go there.
Morrow's is a great local store that carries a little of everything which makes them an essential part of our community. A great store to browse as they always have interesting items in their liquidation inventory at a great deal! They are one of the best examples of how a business could transition during the pandemic to continue to serve their customers. I admire this business and recommend it as often as I can.
Morrows used to be the place to shop. They had something for everybody at awesome prices.They used to be service friendly, now not so much. They seem to forget that they get most of there items for dirt cheap . This store has turned into an over priced store catering to the rich. So if you dont have a pocket full of cash dont come to Morrows. Another greedy store gone rouge.
Great store, lots of treasures and incidentals, great for last minute items you run out of, saves a trip in to town and saves me gas and time. I always find great deals this store. Thanks team morrow.
I've purchased many furniture items lately. Excellent condition. In the past, I had one that I chose not to keep. Easy return. Courteous staff. Excellent customer service for pickups in Woodstock!
