Morrow’s is a great local store that truly serves the community. It has a variety of unique items and is known as a local mini Costco. The staff are friendly, helpful, and make the visit pleasant. It’s the kind of place where you’re greeted by name and can find what you need and you always seem to come out with more. A real gem for Drumbo and the surrounding area!
I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this store. The customer service I received felt discriminatory and unfair. My 3 year old toddler was spoken to in a rude, dismissive manner for no clear reason. The behavior made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome, and it appeared to be based on racial bias. No customer should be treated this way. I hope management takes this seriously and provides proper training to ensure everyone is treated with respect. Never recommending or coming back to this store.
Really disappointed in the Customer service. You walk into the store you don’t even get a hello. I waited almost 5 minutes for someone to finally come up to cash, Did not get her name, but she had red hair. Didn’t even say hi or acknowledge me to the point where I went out of my way to say hi how are you doing? Is it really that difficult for people to just be nice genuine human beings.. what a world we live in.. What happened to good customer service? The cashier made me feel like she’s doing me a favour.. do better.
I found that the prices were way overpriced there was a porcelain cast-iron pot priced at$159.99 with a scratch lid . Seen One equivalent in the Canadian Tire flyer for $89.99 . Sorry this used to be a great store to shop but I don’t think I’ll be going back anytime soon
We’ve shopped here numerous times. What’s reliable is the not so friendly staff. We will choose to take our business elsewhere.
