Morrell's Vacuum & Appliance Service

WOW! WOW! WOW! I have never had such service ever. Three weeks ago we were looking for a lighter vacumm for our elderly aunt. We went to Morrell's on Portage Ave. The sales person told us he was receiving a new shipment of Sebo vacumms. They were supposed to be lighter and smaller. The salesperson called twice to let me know that they were in. Today, September 15,2022 we went to the store at 10:10 as it was posted they opened at 10. No lights were on so I called the store. The person that answered was so unprofessional. He stated that he just got there. He came to the front door, turned on the OPEN sign, opened the other door and shouted that we had better be there to buy a vacumm and with an unlit cigarette in hand proceeded to the back of the store. I told him he was disrespectful not only to me but my elderly aunt. Not only did he lose the sale of a vacumm but you know how bad service travels.

I wish I could give 10 Stars.The treatment that I received from the staff at Cornell's, regarding my product, was exceptional and in my mind went above and beyond. The effort that they put in to try and solve the problem with my robotic vacuum was more than I would have put in if I was on the other side of the counter. All of the communications that I had with the different staff were pleasant, informative and showed a degree of product knowledge/experience that was reassuring. I strongly recommend bringing any of your vacuum/appliance needs to the folks at either location.

DeLonghi Prima Donna Espresso Machine Repair. The repair work was excellent and completed in just over one week. The bill was fair and itemized but the estimate was approx 20% lower than the final cost. Please note, there was nothing nefarious about this on the company’s part. It was a misunderstanding on my part as the hand writing on the invoice was hard to read. I called the owner and he was able to break down the invoice to my satisfaction. Please do not let this influence you not to use this company. The owner is very transparent about discussing the services he will provide you. Just be clear with your questions. I will use this company again. Recommended.

We regularly deal with Morrell's at my workplace for our commercial vacuums and can't say enough good things about these guys! They're courteous and have always tried to work with us to get us back up and running and when completing repairs, they've always been done in a timely fashion with no further issues with the repairs.

No malicious intent at all. You run a shady business and rip people off. If you choose to spread lies about the people that leave negative reviews on your business that only shows how you will treat the potential customers at your business. It's not professional to threaten me with "action" for leaving a negative review. No wonder why you only have 2.8 stars. Terrible business practices. -Will Google business reviewer

Excellent shopping experience. Igor is knowledgeable and an excellent communicator. I knew what I wanted and was very pleased with the info I received that confirmed my decision. Have bought new machines and also had old machines repaired. All-round excellent service. Thank you.

Just had my first experience with Ed. Super helpful, very friendly and saved me quite a few bucks. I was out the door in 10 minutes with a working product.

Just an unfortunate business. Owner is rude and a con artist. Save yourself time and money, go somewhere else. They have a terrible attitude towards customers, please don’t waste your money here.
