Unreal....I Just called to make a reservation for spring break for my family of 4, which I have to call because we have dogs. I was told they have a new pet policy, that because of recent noisy dog complaints, someone is required to be in the room with the animals at all times. So you're telling me that you run a family friendly, adventure resort which we have stayed at many times in the past that now the only time you can all spend time together as a family, is in your room with you dog. Good luck with that. How about not punishing those with well behaved dogs for those that have misbehaved ones!!! I am dumbfounded!!!
It’s 4:38pm still have not got checked into the room. Been here since 3 sitting in the lobby. Countless other people get checked in while I’m told to keep waiting. Parking almost impossible to find in front of your building. Part of me just wants to turn around and go home. ‍
Nice place, mostly friendly staff.nWasn't able to ride the tram or do the water park.nThe pizza isn't worth trying, didn't eat at the restaurant.nWorking trip so I wasn't able to try the amenities, hopefully I'll get the chance next time.
Actually stayed here on business trip/meeting but no issues. Clean, comfortable room, and surprisingly quiet for a family resort.
The pillows are awful bring your own or you’ll wake up with a broken neck
