I am SO grateful for Dr. Hassan. He has been an amazing thorough Doctor who has help me immensely. I had my previous family doctor for 21 years and I hope to have Dr. Hassan for the next 20+ years. He has been the most thorough doctor I have ever had. He has been extremely supportive with a pain management system and can tell that he genuinely cares for his patients. In the approximate 6 weeks I have had him as a family doctor he has referred me to specialists to solve these medical issues that my previous doctor fluffed off and used excuses instead of actions. He is working to solve issues that I have had for years and FINALLY I get the validation of the issue and the reprieve from Dr.Hassans methodical thinking and mission to serve his patients.nI am truly grateful for Dr. Hassan for all he has done for me and how he has helped navigate this time of medical distress.nnThank you so very much Dr. Hassan for your care, and thank you for allowing me to be your patient.nnI have NEVER had an issue with this clinic or its staff. They are quick and thorough in their practices.
First time here, I called and the nice receptionist took my info and got me in for an appointment almost right away. I had my baby and arrived 10 minutes late and they were still very kind. The doctor Dr. Omar Abboud saw me right away for my prescription. It wasn’t busy at this time Monday between 4-5pm
The Morinville Family Medical Clinic is fantastic. The receptionists and staff are very friendly and the doctors are very thorough. We are very pleased with the service we have received. I Highly recommend them.
My wife called to make an appointment and try and find a family doctor and the receptionist at the desk was giving her attitude didn't write down her care card number and asked her if she could afford it if she didn't have her care card , and we came in half an hour early before the appointment And still waited half an hour after the time of the appointment to see anybody.And we didn't, yeah, we just left
We have never had any problems at this clinic. When we needed tests they got us in right away. When we needed our prescriptions renewed it was fast and efficient. Both doctors are very knowledgeable too. Haven’t really had an experience with the receptionist but when we called we got an appointment right away
