If there was 0 stars I would. There is only a couple doctors in there that know what they are talking about. No doctor believes you about what's wrong with you. They just want to solve your problems with pills. Went in there with wanting to check my heart and he chalks it up to my brain thinking I'm not getting oxygen? The doctor even told me my dad's deathage 55 from a heart attack was from old age. No remorse, no sorry. Never coming back here again. I'd rather drive to Edmonton to get to the doctors. And for the receptionist, they are nice for the best part. There is one grumpy lady there that acts like your call is such a burden to her. Other receptionists are nice though
I’m not even sure which doctors actually operate and run this clinic but I sure would like to speak with management. Not only do the phones go unanswered for days at a time you have to physically drive there to make an appt to see your physician. I was told by staff that phones are not a priority. The average wait time my family has had is well over 2 hours for scheduled appointments. We paid $200 to get a disability form signed and it took 3 weeks when we were told 3 days. We have called in for refills on a Thursday to be told it would take until Tuesday am. The pharmacist faxed refill and we called Tuesday am to remind receptionist who tells us our doctor is going away for a month and they would fax pharmacy by 2pm. Call pharmacy still nothing. Call back and they then say oh doctor will do on Thursday. The staff are so unprofessional and don’t have a care in the world about customer service. They clearly have no empathy or desire to actually follow up with what they said they were going to do. We Explain it’s an emergency and they just say doctor will do Thursday. They say they can’t contact or email doctor. I understand that things don’t always run smoothly but time and time again?
I've never had an issue going to this clinic as a walk in patient or by appointment. They always answer the phone when I call even if they're speaking with someone else in person or on the other line. Dr. Guhmed is amazing, takes the time to listen and make sure I have everything I need and understand what medications I'm taking and how to take them. Overall I'm thrilled there is a clinic in Morinville that can provide a family doctor and take walk-in's!
September 19- I phone at 9am and ask if there’s anyway I could get in to see someone today. The receptionist says, “ yes, as a walk in”. I respond, “ perfect! Thank you”. I find a sitter for my son who is home sick from school and get to the clinic at 9:35am. I tell the receptionist that I’d like to see someone as a walk in and she says, “ The doctor will be in around 11. I can put you on a list to be called.” I respond, “ are you kidding me? I literally just called and was told I could be seen as a walk in.” She responses, “ that’s right but I didn’t say what time.”….. what in the world? I made it very clear that I had gotten a sitter so I could come in. She had no remorse, she didn’t apologize, and her mannerisms were non existent. Definitely do not recommend this place to anyone!
I haven't even seen a doctor here yet and I already have a bad feeling about this place. I have called a couple times to try and see Dr Gumed and the phone rings and rings. I finally speak with the receptionist and she is extremely rude. I recommend taking some customer experience classes because I have never felt like such a burden for just calling to make an appointment. I will not be coming here. Rude receptionist. First impressions matter.
No nice way to put this, this clinic is a joke. Could never get in for a walk-in appointment when we tried multiple times. Finally booked an appointment for a meet and greet to get on with a dr as a family dr. After 40 minutes past our appointment time we decided to leave. Clinic opened at 10 and at 10:50 the dr was still not even at the clinic.
Absolutely terrible, I went in at, Wednesday September 7th 2:20pm, and was told to get lost by Dianna because they aren’t doing anymore appointments, whoever the women was working the front desk it was Dianna, was very rude with her tone also, I am 21 years old and recognized how unprofessional she was being towards someone who needed a prescription because there finger is infected. Also just try to call them and no answer, Dianna was on her personal phone when I walked in there and I had to wait a good minute before she even said anything to me.these type of people should be not representing our health care system, pathetic.
This is my third time in the clinic and I haven’t been able to see a doctor, today I had an appointment at 9:15 and I’ve been waiting for an hour already and not doctor has seen me yet. I asked the ladies and they said they are sorry but the doctor is not here yet. The whole week is been the same, not doctors here and lots of people waiting. It is a really bad service here
I have had no issues here. My dr is great and listens. And the lady who wears the Hijab is lovely, she is so friendly and does what she can to help. I am watching her train a new staff member today and she has been wonderful and understanding.
They don't answer the phone! When they do....they don't have walk in apts available at noon. How would they know that! Find another doctor...never had a good experience with this place.
