My profile has wrongly been updated with my beneficiary information. Despite all the form i submitted, name is wrong, n listed on the account, they advise to resubmit the form. Each time we need to contact them to have things done. There lines are not clear. Contribution for a poor service. I recontacted them today and guess what they completely deleted my beneficiary info stating this is not applicable for Quebec, this is complete nonsense coz im not buying stock for estate here, why should i continue to invest if i cannot assign a beneficiary? Meaning all people investing in Quebec cannot have beneficiary this is absolutely insane. Be careful people as their customer service is worse ever , crappie service
