Good views of the water from the restaurant. Great food, I ordered the pulled pork sandwich. Their portions are very generous, the service was a bit slow but it's worth it for a good meal. Nice service, the staff were very kind. I would go again Kid-friendliness: Kids menu with kids coloring sheets and word searches. The staff are very accommodating to children Parking: Free street parking nearby and paid parking on the property, $1/20 minutes or $15 for a day pass
This review is based on two trips, on both visits we were served by Tracy. Both times she used others as an excuse for poor service. The first time she blamed a long lay off from work and covid, tonight she blamed the young cooks. She neglected us and left us to wait several hours for our food with no check in. We had to go to the bar for drinks. Multiple other tables other servers got seated after us, received their food and left before we even got to eat. Extremely disappointed. Especially as when we finally got the food it was over cooked.
We enjoyed our evening. Sitting on the covered patio. Watched the rain staff was very good and friendly. Food was delicious. I had the chicken sovlaki mm mm good. My hubby had the wings and they were very good.
I’ve been to Brockville many times, but this was my first time trying this restaurant. My friend and I were greeted right away by a friendly hostess and sat on the patio. We had a beautiful view. The waitress was very friendly and prompt in taking our order. Our food came within 20 minutes. We both got a chicken club with fries and we both agreed it was amazing. Our waitress checked on us throughout the meal and refilled our drinks. Atmosphere was great and all the staff were friendly. We will be going back based on our great experience today!
Decent latte, ice cream and nice patio over looking the boats. Clean bathroom for customers. Lots of seating. Some baked treats - muffins, croissant, cookies. We only stopped for a short visit so it was fine for what it was. Restaurant is wheel chair and stroller accessible. There’s a ramp on the side and also accessible through the main elevator.
Service was terrible . Food was semi warm . It's pretty sad that the appetizers were better then the actual meal . Would NOT recommend. And very over priced . Plus overheard conversation about cross contamination.
When we arrived right when they opened, we were warned they only had 1 chef, no big deal. We were the second table in the whole place and we waited over 1 hour after placing our order and we had them box it up Togo and bring the bills. Many other tables who came later got burgers when we hadn’t even receive our salads. I drive home with my GF pizza to see that it’s burnt and it’s missing toppings? Like the “sour cream drizzle”… where’s that? Not impressed at all! I understand being understaffed in the kitchen but you need to maintain good service and that was not at all good.
Terrible service and terrible food. We waited over 25 min for someone to take our order and that wouldn’t have happened if it wasn’t for me getting up and asking for someone to come take it. Once that was done it took them about 45-50 min minutes to take out what was possibly the worst food I’ve ever had. The veggie pizza tasted like cardboard and the chicken dinner was inedible and tasted burnt. Everything is very clearly bought from some local supermarket and fried. Then they have the audacity to charge you for a fancy meal. Servers were rude and had so much attitude to give. Even had to get up again to ask for someone to bring the bill. Overall a very horrible experience. Save your money and time and don’t come here. The table was also sticky and dirty and the chair I sat on was broken. The view is not worth the displeasure this place has brought. Paid $100 for two people on food we didn’t even eat. Pizza was still full on the table and chicken was untouched. Mac and cheese bites taste better at Walmart. Don’t come here.
I got the buffalo chicken wrap but didn’t have any buffalo sauce on it but was still Ok, my wife got the French onion dip sandwich she really liked it, I also got the potato bacon soup I was good. But there was only one server waiting on 8 tables at one time so we did get our food in a timely manner but never saw our server again till we finished eating and was waiting for the bill, what sucked because I would have loved to get some Buffalo sauce and some pepper for my soup. I personally wouldn’t go back.
Unbelievably horrible service...or lack there of. Sufficient amount of staff and not busy so we took that as a sign and walked out after a 25 minute wait. Walked down to The Noshery Steakhouse on the main street and were treated amazingly! The food and service was INCREDIBLE! AND it was busy in there. Well worth the visit!!!! Owner operated with passion and love!
