At $265 for a rental, make sure you check every seam prior to leaving the store. I assumed the suit would be made of quality but come wedding day I put on the pants to find a nice tear. For that price…I expected better quality. I do not recommend

I don't recall the name of the older gentleman who helped me, but he's the bomb. 11 out of 10. Easily the best customer service I've ever experienced in any shopping situation I've ever gone through. He was very well composed, had a good sense of humour, was very patient with me, and he helped me tastefully accent a full suit within about 45 minutes. The suit was tailored and ready in 4 days. I will be returning to this Moores location without hesitation to acquire a few more additions to my wardrobe. A1 service.
Normally I'll post an hilarious to me anyway review of the foibles of a business if they've irked me enough. I have zero complaints about the service. I was assisted within about 10 seconds, and the staff was friendly and helpful Unlike the pizza hut @scott road & 70th I'll just put this: $72.79 for a plain black tie. After taxes. But wow The guy helping got the one raised eyebrow from me, and sighed, seemingly ready for an outburst of some kind, which I'm guessing should be common and appropriate for something like this. But I just didn't have it in me. It's not his fault. On the other hand, I see the owner pipes up on reviews frequently here. Go on and try to convince me I got value for $ here. I dare ya.
The East Indian lady manager was rude and rough in talking to. Though my coupon was valid for that day, she wouldn’t honor it and kept my returned item. Rotten tomatoes to her. The other personnel are good and courteous.
Blown away by the great service I was given tonight by the store manager, Penny. I knew what I needed but Penny knew better. We quickly picked out a suit and some other stuff that I needed. Penny was very knowledgeable and was able to give me a really good deal - on top of a top notch experience. The store is packed full of everything you expect and could ever need and even stuff I didn’t know they would carry. I would definitely recommend this store and Penny gets a huge high five from me. Thank you!
Lazy workers here - I’ve spent thousands of dollars on menswear at this location in the past . Came in this last Saturday just trying to get some idea’s on wedding attire . The old uncle man the moment I said I was just looking today passed me off to the youngest employee that gave off the deer in the headlights look . While nice she seems fro have no idea what she was doing . Considering the store was absolutely dead you would think they would be interested in helping . Although I live a few blocks away from this location the Coquitlam location seems to be a far better place to go .
Told them I could only spend 500, they said that is fine. Went to the till and it was 700. Bit the bullet and paid to come back when the suit was ready and they don’t even have a suit bag or anything to cover the suit. The only good thing was the service from the girl who helped me. Would not recommend
Worst place I ever shopped at in my life. Check whatever you’re buying thoroughly before paying at the counter. They are very quick to grab your money and throw everything in the bag. You could be sold a damaged or stained product without checking which you cannot return or exchange. I would recommend going to Hudson Bay or other places where service and customer satisfaction matters more than cash grab.
What a great place. I like that it’s not one of those places where you look around and select stuff, it has more of a personal touch with salespeople making suggestions and guiding you through the process. Braden especially is a great salesman. He goes that extra mile to make sure you are absolutely happy with your purchase.
